Had a problem with an online order. Bryan helped me get it all ironed out immediately. Above and beyond.
This store states they never have enough workers to get delivery’s out in a timely manner. Yet when I came in today there were more than 6 employees and at least 4 of them sat around talking and doing NOTHING. Their drive threw line was yelling and trying to get there attention to move things along and they were ignored. While service inside was dead & nothing moved as it should. I have managed teams worse than this and still gotten things done in my previous job experience. Someone should do something about this location.
Food is pretty much always fresh and my order is always right. However, don’t expect “freaky fast” delivery (1hr 10mins for my last order) or pleasant customer service at this location.
I often order for delivery and get a pop up that orders for delivery are delayed. I say ok. I was thinking that what used to be 5 to 10 minutes should be around 30 minutes. Nope. It has now been 1 hour and 20 minutes and my order was JUST upgraded to "out for delivery " which could mean 10 minutes more or 45 minutes more. I placed my order at 11:32 and it is now 12:51 pm. When I called to see the status of the order, nothing more was done just an apology. On top of this, they never leave the ice out of my drink even though I have asked in the notes every single time. This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm done ordering at this location
Delivery took over an hour. I get that places get busy and are under staffed. It said "out for delivery " for 45 minutes. Called the store and the manager said no more than ten minutes and the driver should be here. Driver gets here 20 minutes later without the drinks. Said he would be right back with them. Called the store 25 minutes later to ask where the drinks are. Was told they forgot. Customer service is a joke.
Personally I'd go with 3 stars because there's really nothing wrong with Jimmy John's. Except they're really slow. And pretty generic. But my Wife and our Boy really like the sandwiches and they don't mind the wait and that makes them happy so you get an extra star for that. There's nothing wrong with the sandwich shop, It just isn't my go-to place.
Sandwiches were delicious, service was swift, and we ate in.JJ'S dining area was clean as could be, great job.....
Line didn't move for 10 minutes. I finally made it to the speaker and I was told that if I did not pre-order online that the wait would be 20 minutes. I ended up leaving. It's a shame, their sandwiches are so good, but I can't wait 20 minutes when I only have a 30 minute lunch from work. I thought their slogan was "freaky fast"....not so much anymore!
I liked the staff! They were nice and excitable. Food came out quickly. Everything seemed as fresh as it could get. Clean in the store as well.
Everywhere states this location is open until 10pm, but refuses to serve after 9pm. Employees are rude and refuse to talk to their manager and owner about updating their hours online.
