Where to even start. I’ve been cussed out by an employee because they wanted to close 15 min early, and when I asked why- he became irate.Same employee then cussed out my coworker when delivering to my job. When I called to speak to a manager she said “so what do you want me to do about it.”And now I ordered a few days ago and even though I always do a cash tip- they went ahead and put a tip on my card- THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE- and now nobody wants to answer the phone.On top of 3/5 times my sandwich is wrong or they make it terrible on purpose because I called to complain about being cussed out.

July 5th I placed an order, after almost 1.5 hours it showed up. Delivery guy said they were the only person doing deliveries and management was refunding all orders during that time. No one would answer phone while I waited. No way to know if it was being made. No one answered the phone later to confirm refunds. No refund.Today, July 19th, I placed an order at 12:19. It is 1:21 and nothing. No one is answering the phone after three calls in a row. No word via app. No button to cancel. Only recourse is to encourage people to stop ordering from them until they figure this out.I suggest management stop making delivery an option until they can figure out how "Freaky Fast" can be interpreted as more than an hour after ordering.

I ordered thtough Uber Eats and then got called and told I can't get my food because they can't bike to me, and was told it was going to be voided, and it wasn't, while trying to get ahold of a surperviser I was constantly put on hold for 20mins each and then my number was blocked, so there for the store has stolen about 40 bucks from us and then block us, great way to handle things guys

I've been to a lot of the JJ'S in the Fort and this was by far the most enjoyable one to date. I made my order on the application and when I walked in they called my name with 2 minutes. Food was so ?.

Put in order in on 2 different occasions and never received my order at all and couldn’t speak to anyone for a refund because they wouldn’t answer their phone. Don’t waste your money!!

Ordered for delivery, was charged . also gave a tip through the app. Nevvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvver received my food. I called. Was told my food was delivered. NO IT WAS NOT. I had to go fetch my food 7 HOURS LATER WHEN I GOT 9FF WORK and asked for my delivery fee and tip to be returned to me. And was told "unfortunately we can't being were past shift change". Cccmmmmmooonnnn I run a business myself. You guys can not do that to ppl. So someone pocketed that tip money but never gave me my food. I was charged a delivery fee but was forced to come and get it. I'm so upset. That's putting it nicely. You guys should be more than embarrassed. Ruthless as all get out.

This is probably the best Jimmy John's in fort wayne. Fast and they actually make the sandwiches taste good...not like the other locations....just saying. It was a good experience and I enjoyed my lunch choice!

I placed an order for the company I work for for a luncheon for 12 people - $132.28. We were charged $21 delivery fee and had added a tip of $24.58 when we placed the order (the day before we needed delivery), for a total of $188.44. We did not receive part of our order. I called about getting the remainder of the order and they said they would bring it right over. As time passed, they did not show up. I called several times and they would not answer the phone. At 3:30pm, I finally went to the store and spoke with the General Manager. She said that she could not refund the part of our order we did not receive because she did not have any way of knowing that we did not receive it. She said the only way we could get any kind of refund was to bring all the food they did deliver back to them! She said she could not help us and that we would have to report this to corporate for any kind of customer satisfaction. I reported it to corporate. The result...they send us a $10 gift card to Jimmy John's, which doesn't even come close to covering the food we did not receive. Our company will NEVER order from Jimmy John's again for a luncheon meeting. This store is absolutely the worst.

Just ordered two meals and they forgot both our chips. When I called they kept cutting out then hung up. When I called back they didn't answer. Google live says they aren't busy rn so are they just lazy? I think so. Thanks for stealing my dollars.

This is the third time I’ve waited over an hour and a half for my food to be delivered. My lunch is only a half hour long and I never receive my food until after my lunch break. I’ve tried to always give them the benefit of the doubt, but I’m so fed up with them now. I’ve attempted calling 5 times today and have been met with no answer. The last time I had this problem and called, the guy who answered said they would refund me, but I never received my money back!. I just want my money back at this point. I’m not going to attempt to order here again. Terrible customer service. Just terrible.
