Yet another chain restaurant that good ol' Fort Wayne manages to screw up an experience.What's going on around this town?Ridiculous.Not only did my wife eat her whole sub before I got mine but I didn't even get to add veggies to mine. Just meat, cheese and bread. Given to me with a clueless smile.Maybe if the girl on the grill was more productive rather than shaking her head and every cheesesteak customers ordered, the quality would have been a bit more enjoyable.Don't recommend.
Jersey Mike's subs are the best by far. I would normally give 5 stars without question. The reason for the 4 star rating instead of 5 stars is the fountain pop machine. It seems like it often does not work properly, or it does not work at all. I have 2 liter pop at home. When I come to Jersey Mike's, I want fountain pop. This is a very successful national chain. I would think they could afford a fountain pop machine that is actually reliable.

My girlfriend and I stopped in for lunch and were both pleasantly surprised by how good the sandwiches were. I had the Kahana Philly and she had the club with beef.Service was pleasant and despite being seemingly understaffed they kept things moving well. We will definitely be remembering this and coming back soon.
There were 4 employees working which would be great if it still didn’t take 20 mins of sitting and waiting to end up getting the compete wrong sub. Jersey mikes is my favorite sub shop but this visit was very disappointing and I will be choosing a different location next time.
I love the service was awesome and I loved my sub I had a chicken bacon ranch sub it was the best sub I ever had in my life I will be going back again some time soon ?
Two employees during lunch rush hour . Regular sub was actually about 6in. I rarely write reviews but this was a waste of time and money . I will be going to Subway next time. Other Jersey Mike's are great but I would recommend steering clear of this location
Even though they were short staffed, the young man (Anthony) was very helpful and made my sandwich PERFECTLY
Ordered my food at 11:00. Notification told me it would be ready at 11:45, which seemed pretty long to me. Showed up at 12:00 and my order still wasn't ready. Took them another 10 minutes to get 2 sandwiches ready. Ridiculous how long that took for an order ahead!
Great fresh cut coldslice sandwich with tasty bread. The Fort Wayne Jersey Mikes are probably the slowest Jersey Mikes I have ever been to and quality does sometimes differ from other locations I have had.
