Great place. Clean dining room. Usually not real busy but can be a little crazy sometimes! The staff is amazing even under pressure (amd under staffed) they are friendly and accommodating. Always get great service and delicious food. Highly recommend!!
While I love the food from IHOP, I'm giving this store a 1 star review. I just went and ordered meals to go to bring home to my wife and kids and ordered the chicken and pancakes for my wife. I got home and noticed there was no chicken so I paid 10 dollars for 2 pancakes. I called to let them know about this mistake., which let me say I understand we all make mistakes... however when I called and started explaining I was hung up on by an employee. This is terrible customer service and theft or fraudulent in dealings. Highly upset. This IHOP has lost a customer due to such negative behavior
Waited 15 minutes to be seated... while 3 employees walked by and dindt even acknowledge we were there. Service was horrible, food was cold and burnt when we finally got it an hour later. The waiter told us they were busy in the kitchen. Besides our table was only 2 other tables with people in the whole restaurant. Took most of the food to go to feed to my dog because was not even warm. Mashed potatoes were brown and hard. Spoke to management who came out in her jump suit like she just ran a marathon, and she did give us 50% off. Worst experience ever ! Get some workers who actually care about their customers and Maybe just maybe you would have customers!
I love going here, don’t get me wrong but I just visited and was there longer than I needed to be. The food was not up to par either, to me the pancakes taste different. They also really need to hire more people instead of allowing this to go on. This was me and my fiancé’s favorite place to go, but it’s not that great anymore. Until things change up, I sadly won’t go back.
This was my last visit to IHOP. My wife and I waited over 20 minutes for our food (the server stated it was a wait for the gravy - they heat it out of a can), the food was warm and we couldn't get our discount because the register wasn't taking it off.
We had a party of 4 for breakfast, 2 adults 2 kids. Our order was put in at 11:14am. At 11:45 we were told there's a "significant delay due to only having 3 cooks". We waited an hour and 20minutes for our food. At one point our waitress literally asked if we wanted to just pay for our drinks and leave. There was no sign in the door indicating a staffing issue and we were only told by our server after waiting 30minutes. Food did get to us hot thankfully. After asking for some sort of discount they only gave us -$4.00 off the bill.

We had great service by Ahsia. She was very observant when we needed more to drink.
Food was good. The server was very nice. My only complaint was, no sweet tea. It was only 10:30 in the morning and they were already out of tea. Also, apparently they took cappuccinos off the menu. My husband and I were very disappointed. But other than that the experience was overall good.
A great atmosphere and the staff were wonderful. My server was very attentive and just had an all around great personality. So if you go to this restaurant I would definitely ask for Ernesto.
