5 stars for our waitress maya!! she was awesome and amazing, got our stuff out super fast. although, i would NOT recommend the minion menu. the cold gru coffee is really good, but everything else… not that great.
We had a Terrible experience. We had a medium size table of 5. Our food was mediocre at best. But the kicker of the night was we received moldy toast and they only compt'd the one order. After my mom ate a piece of toast. But still charged her for her drink. Pretty much a slap in the face because they charged me by sneaking it on to my bill.We also waited about 45 minutes for a seat in an almost empty building. But that was because of the lack of employees.
Nobody answers phones, the sandwich that you are about to see is a Cali Roasted Turkey Melt but looks NOTHING like they picture. The last time I ordered it it actually looked very close to pic on website...this one though looks like turkey slim pickings. Not even a whole slice of meat nowhere. I paid for a bread sandwich...it smells good and I am stuck at work till 6a so I will eat it. I upped the stars by two because it was a delicious sandwich...just looks pitiful.
LOVED the hot chocolate, well worth the price. Their chicken tenders were spicier than I expected, but great and savory. The pancakes were fluffy and sweet. 11/10, would eat again
We stopped here to get some breakfast before our road trip. Although they’re known breakfast food, they also serve lunch and dinner food. They have a decent menu selection. The food quality isn’t top notch but it’s cheap and quick. It’s not somewhere we eat very often but we usually don’t have issues when we do.
Not the best IHOP been at. Server was great, efficient, personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Ordered the senior breakfast special and the egg was broke, not a big deal, but the pancake was dry and not tasty. A surprise since pancake is sort of their last name. Maybe just a one off. The server made the experience ok.
If I could give a 0 star I would. We went April 1,2022 Saturday night 9:30 pm . We were sat quickly. No server or waitress came after 15 of waiting. Menus dirty covered with old coffee stains. Hostess seated another person and then came back 10 minutes later and got her drink and order. Still no one ever came over, hostess had to walk by us 2 times. Left after 30 plus minutes of waiting
Food was excellent!Our waitress however was not on her game the night we visited.While she had a very bubbly personality, and I loved that, unfortunately she prioritized her cell phone, over her table.She bought two plates out, and a half hour later she brought the rest of the plates, and she never offered refills, we has to ask for them. While a table beside us, who was seated by another waitress quite a while after we had been, was fully served before us, very promptly, and had multiple refills.I guess depending on who you get to serve you, it is possible to have a good experience here.Ours however, was not as good as it could have been.
Food was good.... i had to wait 12 minutes before a waitress came over though.About 2 months ago went to a different ihop in Fort Wayne and left after being seated for 20 minutes no waitress had shown up.Neither was really busy especially the latter.
Decent service. Delicious, hot food. Poor waitress seemed super busy and over worked. Did a fantastic job. Only reason not giving them 5 is the front of house staff. I had to literally interrupt their personal conversation to get help. Front of house should be better then that.
