This is some of the best sushi I’ve had in recent years. I ordered the ultimate salmon roll and the H.O.T. Roll to go. I live about 15 minutes north of there and when I sat down to eat at my desk I moaned out loud. It was still amazing after a car ride through Coldwater traffic on a day in the 90s. I can’t wait to order more the next time I WFH. The prices were great and the portions were large. The sauces were plentiful and paired well with their specified rolls.

Haru has an amazing friendly atmosphere! Their customer service is awesome and kind. What I loved about Haru is the quality of the food, you liked it so much that you keep coming for more! For those sushi lovers, if you haven’t been here, you are missing out of this quality of fish and tasty food! I promise you will have an experience!
Our new favorite Japanese restaurant in Fort Wayne. After an absymal experience at Umi I’d resigned myself to eating Japanese only when I’m in a larger city but we tried Haru today and it was fantastic. The sushi was very fresh and artfully made, with touches like pickled wasabi that really set it apart. The portions were very nice, the atmosphere was pleasant and the service was excellent. Price was very reasonable too. Oh and they had Spicy Tuna Crispy rice which I’d never had before; it was exceptional.
We had an awesome meal at Haru yesterday! Tony, the owner greeted us and his team took great care of us! We tried a few appetizers and rolls for our meal, but our friends said everything is great on the menu!I cannot wait to go back and try more of the menu.
Truly delicious Japanese food. Everything came out hot and the service was excellent. Waitress came by our table multiple times to ensure we were taken care of. Food was a treat. Best Japanese restaurant in town!
If anyone has rated this less than five stars they’re obviously out of their minds. This is got to be some of the best sushi in Fort Wayne prices are really good and the flavor and experience is even better. Some places have decent sushi for way more but this one takes the cake. They have a friendly wait staff, fast sushi delivery to your table, overall a great experience and perfect for going as a group! If I could rate this higher I would 10 out of 10!
Decided to try this place during Savor Fort Wayne, it did not disappoint. It was awesome. Food was great, service was friendly and food arrived fast.
Fantastic food and service, was really impressed, they've got more on the menu than the typical sushi place in town, I can see this being my regular sushi destination
I eat a lot of sushi and have tried a lot of places, so I feel qualified in saying this is the best sushi you can get in Fort Wayne. ;) It is fresher, tastier, and the servings are generous. The preparations are beautiful and the combinations are inventive. If you like sushi or even if you're not sure yet, you can't go wrong here. The only sushi I've had anywhere that's equal or better is in San Francisco.
