I sat in the store for 30 minutes, from the time I ordered to the time I left, waiting for my food. My ticket was lost, even though there were a total of 3 people in the store, myself included. The three employees working were nice enough about it, but were very incompetent. If this is the service I’m getting from this location, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Friendly staff, but an hour... yes, a full 60+ minutes... to get our food. Understaffed, and the guy making sandwiches is the slowest I've ever seen.
Everyone there was so very nice And I felt like like I had a group of new friends. They shared with me that the profits went to help families of The firemen who were hurt or killed. I felt like I was not only getting me a fantastic meal But helping the families of these brave women and men.
Everytime we order from here my wife requests no pickle for her sub and everytime it has pickle I'm done with this business. Can you not read you tickets!!
This location used to serve great food, but tonight I got a couple of subs. the bread smelled strange and we also got potato soup which tasted rancid. I called to tell them especially about the soup. No one answered the phone.
Great food, friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Affordable.
I've always wanted to try this place, unfortunately I never will. You should update your hours to say that you close at 8:55 when the drawer is counted. Because if you walk in at 8:56, the lights are on and the door is unlocked but you will be told "sorry, we are closed".
It is November 14 . I went in to get a brisket. And I was surprised how good it was . Store was really clean and staff were spot on. Good job. Will come back .
Almost $13 for a 5 1/2 inch sandwich with almost nothing on it, a bag of chips that was mostly air, and a fountain soda. Absolutely ridiculous. If the sandwich was at least good, I would have been happy. But honestly is was the same quality of a gas station sandwich you throw in the microwave. This was my first time trying Firhouse Subs..... and it will be my last. Just my experience. Cheers.
Amazing Sandwiches and they support first responders by donating a percentage of your payment.
