Cali was very nice - she was helpful when ordering and made sure to confirm my order after i had finished ordering. this isn’t our first time eating here and it certainly won’t be the last, their family deal is a go to on my “lazy - i don’t wanna cook” nights. i felt bad for coming so close to closing but the employees weren’t rude or snarky about it and that made the drive-thru experience even better (the fazoli’s closest to me closed an hour earlier than expected due to short staff.)

Only go if you are not in a rush. The drive through seems slow but when you consider cook time for the dishes ordered it is not slow. The food it delicious. Yes, it is also high in calories, carbs, etc...but so worth the occasional treat. They are a little on the expensive side for what they serve. The window staff member was friendly. The order was correct. Great job guys. The only consistent problem is the parking lot is always in bad shape at this restraunt.

It had positive and negative to it. All the food tasted really good including the bread sticks. We believe that we received not much food for the amount of money that we had to pay especially the Baked Lasagna. We were not told what food options we could get with our food or purchase as well. My spouse had to go up to the counter to get one of our child's drink because they had forgot it. He happened to see "Unlimited Bread Sticks if you eat inside the building." Just because we walk into a restaurant does not mean that we have ate there before or very much. It has been years since eating at Fazoli's. For easy cleaning, I suggest to remove the carpet and put a different flooring down that can easily be mopped.

So many things wrong with this location. The staff was great, but that’s about all that was. The carpet is so crazy sticky, and there was a huge spot where there was something spilled. Which isn’t a big deal, but instead of attempting to sop it up, they placed a fan down. When you walked through it, the liquid seeped from the carpet and splashed your shoes. The food was not at all worth the price. For a family of 3 we spent 40 dollars, and the only thing that had flavor was the kids pizza and the breadsticks. Sadly it will more than likely be our last visit there.

Food was fresh, kind of pricey for what you get. Not large portions. Closed and pretty much kicked us out while we were eating, had just gotten our food. Didn't ask if we even wanted bags or boxes but hey unlimited fresh bread sticks.

Yummy Gluten-free pasta..always wait for wings but that is because they are made fresh. gave me breadsticks since I was waiting..can't eat them but took home to hubby and the thought was appreciated.

Haven't been here in awhile. Prices were high but I was happy to have coupons. Baked spaghetti and classic sampler were great. Breadsticks awesome! Ceased salad was not worth the $3. It was gross and a very small amount. No croutons were offered.

The gluten free pasta is surprisingly good. The wait for my baked dish was not long at all. I got a lot of bread sticks, oh my!

I would not recommend it. It was really dirty and the waitresses were mean. They brought out hard breadsticks the were nasty and the food didn’t look like what it was on the menu!!!

I love their baked spaghetti and they have the best bread sticks around. They are very reasonably priced and if you download their app you can save points and get free food. They also send you great coupons.
