Had it for the 1st time at work an was kinda mixed on the food, the bbq sauce was really good, but the meat on the ribs seemed a bit lil like | | much meat on the bones. The corn on the cob was actually good for a restaurant, Chili's failed on there corn on the cob.
Place preorder an hour and a half early still took 45 min for me to get my food from scheduled time, the brisket was bland as saltines, the chicken was dry, the french fries were cold, the Mac and cheese was so over cooked that it was damn near paste, as a chef this place was absolutely revolting and the service sucked never again will I step foot in granite city or order the bland over cooked bbq
Great food great service. Tom the manager made our dinner more special than I thought it could be thank you so much. If you have a craving for bbq you gotta try this place ❤️
Ribs are average but nothing like the authentic Famous Dave's.
Ribs were horrible, it's not what I've come to expect from Famous Dave's. Every other Famous Dave's locations I've been to has pretty good ribs, but this location is sub standard. I will not be returning.
It was all pretty good but I ordered the cheese curds app and it was $12 bucks on Door Dash and the portion size for that was pretty small. Lol maybe the box was too big?
I ordered on grubhub and got moist three meat platter. Was super delicious. BBQ flavor was off the charts. I got it in 45 min. It would be a five but the chicken was still a little red ......overall delicious
Ribs were great, chicken fell off the bone, mac&cheese was fire and the baked beans were on point.
I ordered delivery from a 3rd party and got 1/2 a chicken less than I ordered but still couldn't complain because the food was that good. The ribs were well flavored and super tender. The chicken was moist and delicious. The brisket was so tender and flavorful. The baked beans and coleslaw were perfect as were the cornbread and potato wedges. I wish I would have had the half chicken for leftovers but the flavors and tenderness of the meats were so good I couldn't even be mad. I will definitely order from them again.
The worst ribs I ever had at Famous Dave's. The ribs don't even taste like the stand alone. I would never order from there again or any other Famous Dave in Granite City. Granite City is going to damage the Famous Dave brand. Just terrible !!!!
