Went inside, waited while staff walked past multiple times, working on drive-thru orders. Finally ordered and the young guy had a hard time finding the jelly donut and chocolate iced long John I ordered. He went back and forth between the cases multiple times and then he actually ended up putting a chocolate filled donut instead of jelly in the bag. Also if I hadn't been standing there watching them make my coffee they would have gotten that wrong as well... Smh this location needs help!
These people are the best at Dunkin and Donuts. They deserve raises.

Tried to go inside the other day at like 9 am. Door was locked and when I waited 20 minutes in the drive thu I encountered the most vial disrespectful person I have ever met I believe her name was Maddie. I can't believe management isn't aware of this behavior.
Placed a large online order. To arrive and they have NO donuts. Zero. This was for a work event and had to go to another store. Arriving late for a company breakfast. Will not return.
Take out order includes dozen donuts and Dunkin brew coffee for home. Donuts were somewhat stale
Covid is over, however the dining room was all locked up at 1:00 in the afternoon. They must not need the business.
Front door locked. No common sense to put a note on the door that says it’s closed abs drive thru only. Instead let’s have 10 customers mad because they park and the lm try the door and no signage. Please use common sense. Clearly management doesn’t care about upsetting customers.

I would like to frame this review properly. I am a very understanding person with regards to the service industry as I’m in it as well and know there is a lot that people my not know. With that said….I am a long time DD customer and have been a loyal almost daily customer of this location basically since they have opened. I am a familiar face, as I recognize the staff, owner and managers.My wife and I order ahead using the DD app and give ample time for them to prepare our order. Typically I go through the drive thru as I can confirm other’s responses that tue lobby and dining room has been locked frequently for what I can only assume is staffing issues. We all feel that pinch but at least up to todays interaction they have been sweet and accommodating to me.I’ve been there so much that they actually told me to just announce myself at drive thru and say I have a mobile order cause it’s a hot mic when you pull up. Cool that works. I get it your busy. I ordered ahead so it should already be made and waiting right??Nope. No longer. I think the staff had been told to not even START your orders (even if ordered ahead) until you arrive. What?!?! Also how can you get these orders mixed up when you’re not even entering in the ticket. It just comes out, you read it and put on the pick up area to wait for the customer.Today the lead girl, who I’ve seen often, either is having a bad day or she had lost her mind.I announced my arrival in drive thru. Waited my turn and upon getting to Window was told to pull up and they would bring to me. To assist I just parked and came to the pick up area and waited patiently for my two just normal coffees. Nothing special.She handed me my coffees and stated to me, “That was so rude, if you treat me like that again I will refuse to serve you!”Being an understanding person and actually running late by waiting for my two coffees for almost 20 minutes (30 since ordered). I decided to not respond until in person to make a scene. But I would like the owners to reach out to me to discuss this interaction privately as this behavior was unfounded and unacceptable.Unfortunately many of these comments on this page are very accurate and they seriously need to be addressed.
