I love Dunkin in general, but this location has a really nice sit-down area. Service is always good here too and staff is friendly.
Ordered an iced latte and it was over 3/4 full of ice. This picture is taken at least 15 minutes after getting the coffee and as you can see the coffee is all gone as there wasn’t much in there. Seems like robbery when paying over $4 for a coffee …
Donuts! And I got to pick my own! At 5:30 am they were quite pleasant
Bre is an amazing worker who went above and beyond for my kid and i when we came in. Id return just because of her customer service alone.
Awful customer service. I typically do not leave negative reviews as I myself work in foodservice and understand being short staffed. However, every time I go to give this location another chance, they prove how poor their customer service is. The gal working the drive thru handed me my beverage and bag of food in the same hand and said, “I don’t know the total it’s like $6 something BUT HERE YOU GO” and rudely handed me my items. I was confused but gave her my card. Drove off and noticed on my receipt she overcharged me twice. Total almost $10. If I didn’t have such negative experiences every time I would’ve let it go. This time deserves a comment. Plus hashbrowns we’re burnt. I’ll stick to local shops.
Service is slow. Workers are lazy. It was only 11am and the inside was filthy. I watched one worker dump sprinkles from an empty tray all over the floor and just leave them. One worker handed a box of doughnuts to a customer with chocolate icing all over the bottom of the box and when asked if she could clean it off it was obvious she thought that was request was ridiculous. Our drinks had to be remade because they were so horrible. No one smiled or said thank you. That Dunkin is not a happy place.
Kind of expensive for the sandwiches and food items. I went inside due to the very long line of cars in the drive thru.Great coffee drinks & coffee beans by the pound.Out of a lot of donuts when I visited, but you can tell that the racks were full earlier.All the workers were very busy and getting orders out quite fast, but still very friendly and helpful.
Was nice to sit down between events, and drink some nice warm coffee. Couches and a TV felt just like home
Waited way to long for just a coffee. Only one girl was really doing anything. They need a new crew for sure. Its great if you wanna wait forever
I parked went up to the door it was locked no sign up noticed people behind the counter got back in the car got someone on the drive thru speaker so I shopped for donuts on a screen i should have stayed home and used Amazon they said short on help is why they were locked up covid19 the big excuse for reduced service but not reduced prices I ordered glazed chocolate iced donuts I got ? and found dry donuts no glaze at all and a little bit of chocolate icing on top and a jelly donut with some jelly in the middle it seems that they dropped donut ? from there name at this place
