Anyone would like to eat ice cream with a taster spoon that was what they gave me- only 12 flavors to choose from - no waffle cones - had better service
It's wild that this place is even in business. Donuts zero stars. Fake eggs zero stars. Customer service 1 star. Not worth the money we spent there. Wish I could refund my time and money. Never going again.
I keep going there because of avocado toast but they are always preoccupied even when not busy; doors are locked at odd times and aren't the best service. Food is great drinks suck.
Be patient at this DD store as there is always a long slow line. Today I decided to go inside and possibly avoid the wait. Three young ladies were walking around...one on the phone...one not working and the third making the drinks. Going to try a different locatiin in the future
If I could give this dump a zero I would! The weeds in the drive thru are as tall as flowers and almost look like flowers. The place is absolutely falling apart on the outside and lastly the service is horrible, plus they are always out of everything! Don’t waste your time until the owner or management changes.
The girl that waited on us was terrible. She obviously did not know what she was doing and was not at all courteous. The staff is often terrible and not courteous when we go there. We only go there because my husband loves Dunkin coffee.We got ice cream cones and my ice cream fell out of the cone as soon as I walked out of the door and the cone of my husbands was crumbling.
Don’t order door dash from here. They don’t care about the quality and I’ve gotten a burnt croissant twice. Door dash will only give me $1.41 in credit for a $5 item. I’m going to change my coffee place and never order food from here again.
I hate to say it, but if I could give this place zero stars I would. I've been here on two separate occasions and both times, they weren't offering multiple things on their menu (ok, I get it, corporate controls the menu but still), and my orders never would have been made if I hadn't asked about them. Both times, I waited over twenty minutes only to have to go and ask about my food despite standing/sitting in full view of the employees. Then each time, I discovered my order had never been made and received a rushed, poorly assembled order that was hastily thrown in a bag. Guess I'll go spend my money at Starbucks instead, because this is not worth saving a few bucks.
I go to this Dunkin Donuts location alot. Sometimes I even make the 30 minute drive just to go to this location.The only reason that I don't rate this location with 5 stars is because the coffee is hit or miss. When the coffee is good, it's one of the best cups of coffee in Fort Wayne that I've ever had. When the coffee is bad, they seem to replace the order with minimal, if any, problems.
Wanted a milkshake. The blenders were down. Asked for 2 scoop hot fudge sunday. I got smashed up 1 scoop with chocolate sauce that was all that was on it. There were 4 employees running around acting like they had no idea what they were doing. Very poor service very unprofessional.
