Staff was so friendly, welcoming, and kind. Service is A1. I learned Wednesday was discount day so that was an awesome bonus. Similar to Chipotle, but much better in my opinion. My only complaint would be the rice was a tad undercooked, but I had so much flavor in my bowl I hardly noticed. Definitely going to be my Wednesday lunch spot!❤️

Three of us went. I got the bowl, chicken and beans and rice and stuff. I ordered pretty much what I get when I go to the more famous Mexican place with bowls and wraps - and Don Taco was just as good. Perfect - no line, same price and it's close to home. My wife and our lad both got soft tacos. The meat that they got was very "wet". It's kept hot on the serving line in a very juicy state, perhaps so it's not dry?? I don't know, but I do know that it makes a very messy taco. They both said it was tasty but it's a mess - almost a taco that has to be eaten with a fork. If I were there alone I'd have given 5 stars for mine, but theirs missed the mark.On the upside, all of the ingredients are fresh, the restaurant is clean, people are friendly. Certainly try it!! Personal taste is...personal.

Ordered 3 steak tacos from here. They came with a side of cilantro rice, and a side order of chips and salsa. The tacos: Not what I expected, I expected more of a "street taco", with a corn tortilla, steak strips, onions, cilantro. That's not at all what this was. They're steak marinade tastes like the taco seasoning powder from the store, not very fresh or tasteful. The sauce they gave me for the tacos said "Mild", however it was hot, and I mean really hot.Rice: Was a little on the hard side and the cilantro looked about a day old, wilted and turning brown. The chips were standard restaurant tortilla chips, however they were unsalted, as odd as it seems. The salsa was perhaps the best part of the food, but even the salsa lacked. It seemed like a take on a fresh restaurant style, but was oversalted and didn't taste very fresh.

Foods decent but really not worth the price. Chipotle is the same quality and price. We tried to order the $4.99 Taco Tuesday deal only to be over-charged because they misunderstood us and gave us regular tacos. When we called to ask why we were overcharged and if we could be refunded some of the money, we were told "since they already made the tacos with regular tortillas and not the smaller street taco tortillas, there was nothing they could do but next time we go in ask for the manager and he'd take care of us." That's it.They were nice as they overcharged and misunderstood us though. That's why I'm giving it 2 stars.

We LOVE Don Taco! Since we found this place we have been back at least once a week. The meat options and toppings are delicious and fresh.Wonderfully enjoyable

The food is always fresh! The staff is friendly and the dining area is very clean! The location is : 4210 Crescent Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46815 :)

Beware of what you’re getting charged for. I guess basic toppings like onion and tomato are an extra charge, which is fine but you have to at least let customers know. Or at the very least put up a sign. This place just secretly charges you. For the price it was definitely not worth it. I can get just as quality of food without the hidden charges from Qdoba, Salsa Grille, and Chipotle.

Very good food!!! Loved that I could try the meats before deciding. The rice was bomb as hell too! Definitely recommend this place.

The food was okay. You do not get what you pay for. Staff was very nice

Similar to offerings at Chipoltle but I liked the vibe and they have more meat options. Nice clean place with good employee customer service. I would go again.
