It’s ran by caring individuals with a passion for defining “good.” The returning travelers, locals, and artists that hum around this place, speaks for it. Their smiling faces as they wave and say thank you to the staff, while leaving, is a visual affirmation of both a comfortable and energetic atmosphere that keeps them coming back! For me, it’s the strong, not overly sweet, Vietnamese Coffee! ??
"Hippy-Dippy" /artsy and lively environment, great food, large craft beer selection / coffee and staff who seem passionate about the food and environment they work in/with. They have been open about 20 years. Salmon is actually fresh (we got the Salmon Sampler App). I ordered the Carnitas Benedict (Hollandaise was on point), and my SO got the Mad Apple Wood Bacon grilled cheese with tomato bisque.Also they change their art work every few weeks and periodically change their craft beers out. Seems to actually be adequately staffed and service is timely and staff are light-hearted. Will return for sure! King of the Castle beer is really good too and the Vietnamese coffee. Okay seriously probably one of my favorite places I think.4.9/5 stars.
Haven't been in a while, and found it as perfect for the day as always. We dined on the Yellow Cheese Grits, Smoked Salmon Benedict, Western Burrito, Cappuccino and Beer (I have no idea what beer it was he drank, lol). Food, beverages and service all wonderful of course. Recent artwork up is lovely and as always, for sale. I believe the artist's name is Olivia Perez? Might need correction if anyone cares to.
Dash in has a really cool atmosphere, awesome drink selection, and amazing gourmet grilled cheeses. One of the best spots! <3
I love the food; ambiance is great. 99% of the time, food is good. I received one meal that wasn't good, chicken tasted disgusting and waitress never asked when she saw the chicken piled up in a napkin.....otherwise, it's typically yummy!

Had a nice brunch. Only had to wait 10 minutes for a booth. Very friendly and efficient wait staff. Great flavor of the food we chose. The only issue it was a little chili inside due to it being so cold outside I presume.
The atmosphere is cool. Food was alright. Could use more spices and flavor in the breakfast foods. Coffee was decent.

Cute little brunch place in downtown Fort Wayne with a fair amount of street parking spots near it given it's hours (9am-3pm). Tried their Florentine eggs Benedict and it was gooey and superb. Their cheesy grits were equally tasty and creamy. I tried the espresso explosion for a drink/drink (cold brew with two scoops of ice cream+whipped cream+chocolate syrup) and that was my absolute favorite part. 10/10, highly recommend.
