Recently came to purchase some yummy treats for our CNAs at Kingston for CNA week so the order was large! One of the staff members named Crystal had THE best customer service and was so sweet and organized with my order! It was MUCH appreciated :)
FAST and very friendly service especially at 1030am on Sunday, with already a line of people. Food tasted great.
The last two times we’ve been here have been terrible. They’re slow.
Went to the drive thru after he handed me the bag I check the food and got my order wrong ? I had to park and went inside to explain that I only needed the 3 chicken strips that were missing from one box, anyway the girl that I was explaining start counting the food with her hand inside my box, ugh ? I try to explain again what I need it, but they throw away the food because was contaminated(sh was wearing gloves) and I had to wait for more food, once I got home I realized the gravy was cold,pink and chunky, gross ? the place was so dirty, half of them don’t wear gloves making the shakes or ice cream, really disappointed of that location since they always tried to have clean but not tonight
I went there today and it took over a half hour to get a simple meal.The lady was rude and ghetto when I mentioned how long it took.This place needs major help before I ever spend my money there again.
I did have to ask for my pretzel sticks and I did leave without getting my drink. Which I myself didn't realize till I get home. I believe the girl behind the counter may have been fairly new, but she's a cutie and had a nice smile. So I wasn't all that upset.
VERY GOOD SERVICE, BUT... THIS IS a critique of DIARY QUEEN CORPORATE cheaping out on the ingredients of the Banana Split and hamburgers.1. Burger patties have shrunk while prices increase.2. Banana splits are 1/2 the size they were, AND YOU MUST PAY EXTRA for peanuts? After spending $45 at your store and you want me to pay extra for a penny's worth of peanuts... Shameless.A BANANA SPLIT IS NOT COMPLETE WITHOUT PEANUTS.I don't want to hear about peanut allergies---that's a bogus excuse to charge extra.I won't be darkening the doorstep of a Dairy Queen ever again.

I got there at 9:50, Saturday night. Ordered a burger and fries and a sweet tea. The bun was so hard I could not eat it. The fries very hard, old and cold. I work hard for my money. Shame on you.
Food was on point, ice cream was good. One blizzard was completely melted but hey who cares.... We loved it..
