Order was handed to the wrong customer and then tried to hand back to me after it was opened. Hell no. Couldn't get a refund because no manager on duty. So I paid 10$ for a soda.
Only reason they got 1 star is because I couldn't give them 0 stars. We ordered(and paid in advance) an ice cream cake a couple of days in advance to be ready by 7:30pm Thur July 14th. We asked what time they closed and was told 9:30 for the lobby and 10:00 for the drive-thru. We get there right at 7:30 and the lobby is already closed. We waited in the drive-thru line for 25 Mins just to be told they did not have it made and that it would take at least another hour for them to make it. We told them not to bother and asked for a refund. We were given attitude over that request. Worst experience I have ever had there.
I didn't mind the long wait at the drive thru. I didn't like the inept at disrespectful customer service when I arrived at the window though. The item we ordered was smashed (in a box). This required us to take it inside. We were told they lost power during the night causing the ice cream in the freezer to melt. I would recommend checking their products before selling them to the public. I plan on going to a different Dairy Queen. Maybe they'll appreciate our patronage.
My food was good they gave my sister 2 uncooked chili dogs "hotdogs raw" she was furious all the could've known right there was that she could've been a surprise health inspector
The building was not clean. The floors and bathrooms were not cleaned at all. My family went their for lunch around 1130. So I know the building was not opened that long. All the tables and chairs had dried food and very sticky. We asked for our table to be cleaned and they cleaned it with water from the foset and didn't even wipe down the other tables.when we waited 15 minutes for our food they forgot to add a fry to my child meal. We asked for it and got the 3rd degree like we were not being g honest. I well not be going to this location again.b
Never been to this location before. I know they were busy but cleanliness should still be important. It was visibly dirty. And they were storing spoons in a dirty cup that people had their hands in and out of. Seems unsanitary.
I said a plain burger at least 3 times and at the very end said it again to get no response back...after waiting in line FOREVER to get that oder taken to then wait FOREVER TO get rhe order and it to be wrong....I will NEVER be back to this location also the way the drive through itself is set up is like a half round about so there's no getting out once in line, also the way its set up is so dumb and you can not hit a curb....again I will NOT be back to this location....also did I say after waiting damn near an HOUR my food was WRONG.
Went through the drive thru for two of the special Blizzards. Had 2 of the Boy Scout Mud dirt blizzards which were, as always, excellent!

I didnt receive what I ordered, called and explained to the little girl I didn't get my order she said come back. No way! With gas prices we will not go all the way back, it was an app order refund the money for the error. I seriously hate this location, they need some adults running the show and only have ignorant little kids. You do not argue with a customer that isn't being rude, do not argue with customers period.
