Dairy Queen- Maysville Rd. We went in on Father's Day after not being able to order food at the Wendy's. Your DQ was a little busy, the friendly young lady working the front took our order, we had our food within 5 minutes. Food was good, hot and the dining room was clean. We'll be back!!
Went there for lunch my wife and me had a chili dog and a cheeseburger on the two for five menu shockingly really good definitely I would go back!
$5.69 for a large vanilla cone in a cup. I drive so it's easier for me to eat out of a cup but I like the cone too. I've never paid that much before. usually the same order costs me around $3.50. I asked the girl at the window if I heard right and she asked me if I still wanted it in a cup like a cheap paper cup justifies another $1.50 on the price. I said yeah I still want the cup and she replied $5.69. I could have gotten a large Chocolate Frosty at Wendy's for less then $3. I love DQs ice cream but not enough to justify spending over $5 for it. and it wasn't even a large cone they gave me. looks like they filled the cup up half way and stuck a cone on top. was going to bring my customers over for a cone but I think we will go to Wendy's instead. very disappointed in DQ.
I was given a hot fudge sundae that was so over filled and melted that when I opened it it spilled all over my car. When I came back and got another one it too was so full the same EXACT thing happened. Cream way over the rim with no way to open it safely. SO GLAD I GET TO CLEAN MY CAR SEATS NOW! ??
If you are going to have the doors locked for dine-in at 12:30 (lunch time), at least put a sign in the window so people don't park, get out, and find out the doors are locked. Either close dine-in, or open it. Don't do it day to day.
Quick visit on date night last Saturday on our way home from dinner.Service was fast and friendly, not too busy, no waiting in the drive thru.
Dine in service was garbage. So slow and it's not busy. I asked for no tomato on my burger. You guessed it. I received tomato on my burger. I finished my burger and cold fries because they sat in the window for ever and I am still waiting on my blizzard. I'm literally at the window where they make it and at least 10 other blizzards have gone to customers while I stand here and type this review. The best part was that I told guests waiting in line for more than 5 minutes about my experience and they left. Saved them from a s****y experience. Just got my blizzard with a half a**ed sorry.
Here now was 748 and watched a girl lock the door. There are still people eating in there. Called them and they said the door wasn't supposed to be locked. I think corporate or the owner needs to address this with the workers. No note on the door stating that it's changed hours or a reason like low staff.
Just lazy. Can't seem to properly communicate with each other. Got one story and then the next with an order we placed. Went from, hey just tell us what you ordered and we will get it made, to, oh no never mind we won't get paid... When they've already been paid.
Tried to order through the drive thru at 9:20 pm. Workers turned lights off when they saw me and refused to acknowledge me.
