First time stopping here in over a year and nothing has changed. Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes after placing my order of 1 malt. Only one car in front of me. When the server opened the window she said the cost was over $17. I corrected her with what my order was and she said it would take another 3 minutes to make. I said no thanks and drove away. This happened July 30,2022 at 3:34pm. Guess I’ll stay away for two years this time
Best attitude! The staff at this store are excellent. There was a line that wrapped around the building tonight at approximately 30 minutes before the store was scheduled to close. This team handled things like champs! No wonder the place is always so busy. Excellent work fellas!
Today 5/30/22 My husband and I got an m & m blizzard and a chocolate shake. I took one bite of my m & m blizzard then noticed something floating around in the slightly melted blizzard. Yup… it was a HAIR!!! ? Zoom into the bottom right hand and you’ll see it.
The manager was working really hard to control the chaos. Extremely busy and at least two new kids. Drive up was packed and several people ordering inside. Fast food can only be so fast in today’s climate of special orders.The manager gave me two free ice cream cards because she thought our order time was a little long.I have four grandkids that live down to road. We’ll be back for sure ?
According to the posted drive through sign, temporary staffing shortages are responsible for the drive through being the only way to order anything as the interior space is closed. Makes for extra long line of vehicles. Be prepared to wait!
On a recent visit it reminded me of the phrase helter skelter as it was in disarray. But management let me know that they are working on bringing it back to DQ standards. I trust them to do so and plan on visiting them soon.
You know what you're getting, you just don't know how long it's gonna be. Drive thru is always backed up, don't bother going inside to save time, it won't. Not to mention you'd be disgusted to see the state of cleanliness
Food & staff great, quick & accurate orders... just hate how small the drive thru is. Keep bumping tire rims.
Unfortunately I can not leave zero stars. This place is always extremely slow. On 4/27/22 went to go inside only to find the doors locked with no sign. Only one worker appeared to be working while four of them appeared to just stare at me while talking. The drive thru line was backed up and it took me 30 min to place my order (I was fourth in line). I recommend going to Zestos, or another fast food place.
Visited this DQ at 4:00 on 4/14/22. Doors were locked. I had just watched two families exit the establishment and another family of three was sitting inside. I tried the other doors, also locked. Two cars were in line at the drive thru. When the family of three exited the restaurant, they explained that the employees locked the doors because they were overwhelmed with customers. This DQ is known for not accommodating customers. Doors are often locked during business hours with no sign on entrance saying closed. My grandsons and I have been disappointed multiple times, finding the doors locked. I'd like to see the current owner sell this place to someone that will keep it open and train the staff on customer service.
