This dairy queen takes absolutely too long. I was waiting in line for half an hour before I even got to the order speaker and then sat for another 10 minutes. Once they went to take my order I was told they weren't serving anything but ice cream at the time... so what's taking so long? Besides the wait time the prices are just laughable, the staff are just a bunch of rude high schoolers, and there's no accountability.
Asked for no pickles or mustard and was still on the sandwich. Update seems they still can’t manage to leave them both off. The girl taking drive through orders gave me a dirty look. Then when I told them it was messed up there was no apology girl just seemed to have a bad attitude. However the employee who handed us our drinks was very kind. Also when a customer says “thank you” you say “you’re welcome” I totally understand you don’t like me because the feeling is mutual but you can still have good customer service especially after my food was messed up.
Some difficulty conveying the order, even though it was small, and we had to wait because one of our three items were missing. Staff initially seemed friendly but soured as the errors occurred. Thankfully the ice cream was good. The Drumstick blizzard was a fun touch.
Wouldn't recommend eating food from here. The grilled chicken sandwich that was almost $9 was microwaved and was absolutely terrible. Did not feel well after we ate there. The two cheeseburgers were equally awful as they were dried up and hard and went untouched by my children. The fries were almost dark brown and cold. The cashier was very friendly and we enjoyed our ice cream. Will never order food from DQ again. We spent over $30 for food that went into the trash can.
Reprehensible. Abysmal. Occasionally stomachable, but that's aside the point. I've surveyed your frozen dairy treats and usually hot food, and I must say, to say I am displeased would be doing my experiences a criminal injustice. Orders would take upward to two centillion years, though I guess it was more like forty minutes. All this for a measly """""Dirt Pie Oreo""""" Blizzard and it more resembles tapioca pudding left in my car over the weekend. I'd expected gummy worms though all I received was sadness. Intangible, unending sadness. My cohort isn't pleased either, seeing as you forget his beloved gravy every time. Either face my frustrations like a man, or sic a bot on me. I care not, for I'm going elsewhere for the cream of ice henceforth.Part of this is satire, though a lot of it is woefully based on very real experiences that made us said.
Love the blizzard options. One of the seasonal choices is girl scout thin mints. Love the combo of mint and chocolate with the crunchy cookies ?
Was there tonight. Waited 40 minutes for our food. Was told they were bagging our chicken tenders. Waited another ten minutes. I then finally asked for the manager and our chicken tenders weren't even made he had to make them. So even longer wait. This location is terrible. From the reviews, it doesn't seem like anything has been done to fix the problems at this location. Will not be going back. Seems like complete generated comment from DQ.
(REPOSTED FROM MY HARDEES REVIEW) Last time I ate here (Hardees)it was really good, so today I was deciding between Dairy Queen and Hardees. So we decided on Hardees. What a big mistake!!!We wanted the smaller size burger combo since it was close to dinner time and ordered the "single bacon burger combo". The large lit up sign said the price was $6.99. Not bad. So I ordered 2 for us both. The total the gal told me was $19 and change. Well 2 times $7 is $14 so I asked why over $4 more. She said the register told her the price (which is not what the big sign says) I complained and she called over a young scrappy looking kid with a mop and he rang it up again. Same thing. I couldn't believe it. So I assumed they'd make a price override or an employee discount to make the price match "as advertised" Nothing they didn''t care that the price was wrong or how unhappy we were. So I canceled it all and we went to Dairy Queen on Coldwater. I told the order taker and Mgr about Hardees experience and they were also surprised . Turns out they made a mistake (Dairy Queen)and didn't charge me for a cheeseburger combo, just the burger. I asked to pay more and they wouldn't take any more money. Free fries and a soda. New stack burger was delicious. . NOW THATS PROFESSIONALISM. No more Hardees for us. Dairy Queen always!! Thx for reading.
The service really was bad. The cashier was very rude not vocal and was not even supervised by a manager. This shocked me because I always had good experiences in the drive thru. Very said.
The Ice cream cake was delicious. The cheeseburger was top notch.
