Food tends to be fresh! The location and drive through is a pain the way its set up.
They upcharged us for stuff and couldn't explain why it ended up being $30 for 2 meals... Even the receipt just looks like they charged up more than the menu stated. Food was ok, what you'd expect from fast food.
I go for the chocolate Moo-latte and I am never disappointed. I also love the Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard made with the chocolate soft-serve ice cream.
Recommend the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream. If you order food that gives you sauce order the Ranch it's so good
Worst place I’ve ever gotten blizzards from, EVER. Asked for extra Oreos for my large blizzard? Got about 2 total Oreos, at best. The bottom half was just vanilla ice cream. Requested cheesecake bites in there, also—NONE. Requested extra cheesecake bites & Carmel in second large blizzard? lolol—7 bites total and whatever they put in it for Carmel, didn’t taste so much like Carmel. Food? Cold. Missing condiments. I wish I had taken pics—don’t waste your money! Go to Culver’s or Zesto’s instead. This is my last rodeo with these people…
Don't bother making a mobile order since they won't have it ready for you at the time they say. They acted like they didn't even know the order existed until I arrived. They couldn't even get the sizes or extras right.
Landen was so very polite. My order took awhile but I didn't mind. He would update me every few min. and apologize. I just appreciated them cooking the food for the exact amount of time needed and didn't cut corners.... under cooked fast food at another place made me sick for a week. Thank you Dairy Queen staff.
We have ordered here a few times since its so close to home. However, we always order extra toppings on our blizzards and have maybe gotten them once out of multiple orders. This time we were fed up since you pay so much more for extra toppings. Called the location and asked to speak to the manager and told her that we ordered extra toppings and paid for them and didn't receive them. She did an "investigation" where she was informed that a topping was forgotten. After that, she just proceeded to tell us, "Well what would you expect me to do" and told us we were wrong. Hmm maybe a replacement blizzard made correctly would be a start.This place had great customer service when it first opened but has DEFINITELY gone down hill within the past years. Such horrible customer service. Wish I could give no stars.

Drive through attendant was laughing and talking to others (which is okay, but she barely paid attention to our order), overpriced blizzards that weren't made right and are runny.
