I know not to go to Culver’s when I’m in a hurry because it’s never quick, but I just waited 30 minutes for a concrete mixer. After watching the 5 cars behind me get their full meal orders, I got in the drive through line again, finally making it back to the window. There they spent another few minutes looking for my order, then handed me a half-melted ice cream with a “sorry about that.” No offer to make a fresh one. Got on the road, took a bite, and realized it’s not even what I ordered. ??♀️
I ordered onion rings instead of fries. I got fries instead. I paid for fries. The onion rings are tasty. And, the young people who work there do not know how to count change back. They go by what the PC says, which can be wrong. I realize customers are in a hurry, the employees get stressed, I always say calm down, take ur time. Please learn to count change back. It's real easy.Otherwise, food is great, Custard is yummy.
We called and spoke with Employee Gracie. We explained the issue and asked to talk to to manager. She refused to put a manager on the phone. When I asked her why, she said because they are busy. I asked for contact info to just talk to talk to an owner or GM and she refused that too. She took our info and stated someone would be in contact if they felt it was important enough.. she was just rude. I feel very disrespected and un-valued as a paying customer. We ordered online and still ended up waiting a long time to receive our food.. our fries were cold, skimpy portions and dumped upside-down in the bags.. All of our drinks were only half full.. they forgot our root beer float. The burgers were dry and cold. Almost like our food had even sitting out for a while.. Overall a horrible experience. We still have yet to hear from a GM or Manager to rectify this issue. Regardless if they want to fix it.. we still paid for an item that was never received.
Drive thru line was a little slow but that's expected with the staffing issues everyone is dealing with. Concrete Mixer was delicious
1st time there.. food outstanding, customer service and attentiveness just perfect. Only complaint was roll not heated and a lil hard.
Everything is made fresh! Fast casual. The fries and cheese curds are always hot and the food is great! Don't leave with out a concrete mixer or a pint of ice cream. It will appear busy, but trust me they have it under control.
Stopped in today between doctor's appointments at the hospital across the street. We placed our order at 11:32 am, ordered a deluxe burger onion rings, chicken sandwich fries. Had to be back at the hospital at 12:15. At 12:02 I walked back up to the counter to ask one of the workers how long our order (49) would be. She quite rudely replied with well our kitchen is backed up. I informed her that multiple tables that had ordered after us have already been served. She then said what's your order number again, I replied with 49 then she started messing with the register, by the look on her face I'd say they forgot to make our order. Needless to say we ended up having to take our food back to the hospital and eat in the waiting room. Food was good just shouldn't take half and hour to be served a burger and chicken sandwich.
Ordered curbside pick up, got there 20 - 25 minutes after placing out order, checked in and it still took over 10 minutes for our food to come out. People that went through then drive thru after we got there, left before us. All we ordered was a kids me. I don’t have a problem waiting in line, but what’s the point of ordering ahead then?

On 02/26/22 we Ordered Atlantic Cod Sandwiches, was good as always BUT not the value it used to be. Fish portion as well As bun were smaller. Even French fries in basket deal looked to be a lesser portions. Too bad. Used to love this sandwich but in previous portion. Wish they could have kept previous portion even with some price increase.
