Such a fun experience, my first time at a Culver's and right when we walked in the staff was friendly and helpful. Akaliah (1st assistant manager) helped with our order, she is super personable with a smile on her face the entire time taking our huge 5 person order!10/10 would recommend

I understand it gets busy and I don't mind waiting. The drive thru was extremely busy so I went inside to order food to go. There was 5 other people standing there with their numbers waiting on their to go orders plus some people sitting waiting to eat there. I literally stood there 23 min waiting on my order when some people got there way after me and ordered more than I did but got theirs before me. I ordered my burger on sourdough instead of a bun so I know they need to make it special, not like there was some sitting in the window waiting to be ordered. I got in my car after I got my meal and the fries were so cold, and burger was cold and bread was soggy cold.

Great food, friendly and fast service. Food tastes home cooked rather than like fast food, not greasy either. Clean environment!

Great burgers, chili and custard.Everything i tried here was good.Cant wait to come back and try the pot roast sandwich!!

The food was pretty good. Although the mashed potatoes need more gravy. Evertime hardly any. We waited well over 30 minutes in the drive through and our hamburger was cold and over cooked.

A nice place to walk with a variety of things to do along the way. It's much prettier once the flowers come out later in the spring but it's actually nice at any time of the year. They have a skate park, a nice playground area, various places to walk out on a dock to see the river better, and and ice cream store on the West end just in case.

The custard is amazing! The toppings are always seemingly fresh. One of my top locations for a cold desert! Fairly inexpensive compared to other desert locations. The pint deals for the custard is another bargain as you can grab a pre-made or request a custom.I have had a few times especially near closing times employees have denied customized pints. My only concern is the lack of gloves present in the food making. With experience in fast food industry, word of mouth, and online information, I am very shocked by the lack of safety. (The person’s hand is above the ice cream, not on the slide.)Also please keep in mind for anyone who does have a limit for richness or sugar, request for a small amount of marshmallow (crème) topping. I am not sure if it is the amount or the richness, but it overpowers the taste of the custard and other toppings.

Normally we go to the Stellhorn Rd store but being on that side of town we tried the west Jefferson store. I ordered the double butter burger and was disappointed. The hamburger was lukewarm at best and the bun wasn't fresh as the top crumbled as I ate it. The hamburger was smashed flat like a Steak n Shake burger and was dried out. Going to stay on our side of town where they do a better job.

Wanted a quick dinner and this place fit nicely. Food was good and so was the service. I had chicken cashew salad and wife had chicken nuggets.

After taking our order we waited for 45 minutes in dinning room only to be told repeatedly that they would find our order to no avail. This is the second time we have had this experience at a culver's. The process of tracking people's orders needs updated. When our food finally arrived it was cold and we were not even offered a discount. Will not repeat.Update. Management did give us a full refund at least and an apology.
