If I could give the customer service there a negative star they would have all bad stars. Your manager is a joke your staff is unaware. This store had me waiting for over 20 min in a curb side order spot still after 2 phone calls n staff physically looking at me and still proceed to help cars Arriving after me. Manager was ride and had absolutely no concern about our wait jus said well they didn't see you. Never again
Hands down the best fast food service in town. Employees actually act civilized and polite. The seating is a little cramped but not terrible. Price is high but worth it to not be subjected to the typical bad service Fort Wayne often has. Very Clean. I feel like this is a great place for young people to work and learn about adulting. They run this business in a way I thought was lost in time. This place adds value the community. Keep up the good work who ever at Culver's is responsible for this.
We've never had a problem until today. Fast friendly service. The problem was the food. I ordered 2 cheeseburger kids meals with cheese curds instead of fries for both. 1 Dr. Pepper and 1 pepsi. Our food was fast and hot. We didnt get the ranch cups for our curds, but we didnt bother them about it. They were busy. The buns on both burgers were crunchy. Like old crunchy, hard. The cheese curds were mostly soggy. Those are supposed to have some crunch, but they didnt. Both sodas were flat. That was the worst experience we've ever had there.
I used to have a teacher at school who aye Culver's almost every single day and I see why. I'm not a big fan of fast food, but the burgers at Culver's are amazing and fresh. I'm not a very big fan of custard, but they have a large amount of flavors, including a daily one, and when I do get the custard it is tasty.
1st time eating there. Frozen custard is the way to go. The onion rings were amazing. They had a little elderly man walking around talking to people and taking trays. He was just wonderful to chat with.
It is great. I ordered a chocolate shake with peanut butter in it and it tastes just like a Reeses!!
I love Ft. Wayne Culver's ! The food is consistently great! The staff is attentive and friendly! The resturants are always clean#
The drive thru service was fast and friendly on my last visit. I'm happy I didn't drive home to start eating my meal because they didn't complete my order. I eventually retrieved my lost large fry but wondered why did it get lost when they had so many volunteer's on premises.
I love going to this Culver's because everyone there is so nice and the food is delicious! I went here for my free birthday sundae a while back and a young man made me feel so special after I showed him the free coupon. He was so kind that I nearly cried. I don't know his name but this happened back in July and he suggested a brownie, pecan and caramel sundae. Who ever he is, he deserves so much recognition!!
Usually a perfect visit. Not the case today. My daughter just had the exact same meal last week and she said it was the best fast food burger she had ever had.Tonight on the other hand, the burgers were just nasty. The burgers were way over cooked, seasoned and soaked in grease.Service was awesome food sucked.
