I tried to be patient but man the drive through was soooooooo slooooooow. Granted, there were a few cars in front of me, but I waited fifteen minutes just to place my order (cheese curds and a concrete) and another fifteen to get my food. For a FAST food restaurant, a half hour wait is quite silly. Good food, but I wish I didn't have to wait an eternity to get it.
Not sure what happened at this location but for the last several months the drive through service is HORRIBLE at best. Tonight I sat for 12 minutes (yes I timed it) with 4 cars in front of me waiting to order and never moved. Once the car in front of me finally moved I pulled out and left and I’ve seen many others do the same thing. This same scenario has happened multiple times. Unless you have an hour to wait don’t waste your time. I could go to a sit down restaurant and be home before I would get my food at Culver’s. You people need to get your act together because you are losing a lot of business. Too bad because in general I like your food. Will never go to this location again.
Prices are a little bit steep, Got charged for pecans when I ordered a caramel pecan concrete mixer. I always thought that they added the pecans in the price but now I know for sure they don't.. no wonder it was 22 something for 2 concrete mixers (medium) and 2 fries (medium). I love the mixers but I'm believe I'll mix my own at home.
I love Culver's and generally have a great experience, but today I stopped in for lunch, and was giving a total of $10.25, my receipt says $10.25 yet my card was swiped for $11.33 not sure what happened, but not happy...
My wife and I went here for some ice cream. We went though the drive though. Wasn't to long of a wait for the size of the line they had. I ordered q small malt which tasted good. Just thought the small would have been slightly bigger. All in all a great place to get some ice cream.
False advertising once again i drive to Culvers and they have closed an hour before their posted hours, theres 4 people waiting for their food while you cook it, you cant just serve someone else? Its not like you ran out of food.If you guys don't want to serve customers during posted hours just change your hours to the hours which you wanted to do business, stop wasting people's time listing business hours that you aren't doing business.I've wasted my time twice going to the Jefferson location and they were closed early, this time I drove all the way up to Lima road to get some food from you guys and this location also can't follow its posted hours. Are you a customer looking for a middle finger from a food establishment? (come to Culver's an hour before they close)
Their Deluxe Hamburgers just taste so much better than any of the fast food chains. They are delicious and I love their thick-cut French fries too.
My favorite is the Mushroom & Swiss ButterBurger followed by a vanilla Concrete Mixer with Snickers and brownie pieces. If you get the Cheese Curds, I highly recommend getting a cup of cheese to dip them into. You may be thinking that's too much cheese. It is not. ??
Only car in drive thru ar 230 on Thursday and we have to pull forward for chili supreme? That isnt made fresh. Slightly annoyed
Badly cooked burgers. Clearly cooked on a dirty grill. My burger was way over cooked but not burnt. Clearly the old grease on the grill was burnt from being left on there for hours. Very disappointed. Who is managing these kids? Supervising them? Why not have them redone? Bah! Drivethru pickup. Already 5 miles bad done the freeway. Don't have time to go back!Burgers were so bad I took photos! Not thats not bite marks thats the burger falling apart, miss-shapen on the bun.
