Omg when I say this place was awesome it was very awesome! I hosted my Family reunion here for three wonderful days! Absolutely no one had any complaints. The rooms were perfect, the staffs were very amazing! I cannot think of the lady’s name who made sure our hospitality and the banquet room was perfect! They did not bother us not one time! I must say that this place is perfect for a family gathering. They also had a huge group for convention meeting andMy family was 100% taken careOf. Thank you Courtyard Marriott.
This hotel I had my 1st pagent here!!!! I Love? this hotel? is is Perfect? It is luxurious inside, very clean, has plenty of space, the staff is very friendly and will help with anything, inside is very modern. Plus, there is a restaurant inside next to it and it is luxurious and delicious?!!!! The Best hotel downtown? in Fort Wayne❤
No ice on the floors. My client couldn't use the bathroom in room had to go downstairs to use the public restroom because his lift wouldn't fit in the room bathroom.
Nice hotel conveniently located downtown by a minor league baseball field, convention center and museums. My only issue was charging for parking without asking or telling me. It wasn’t used so there was no need for it. I did get a refund but had to call and ask it.
Signs and Cashier informed us that rooms are cleaned upon request. We arrived on a Friday, requested room to be cleaned on Sat., we arrived back to hotel late Sat. Night rooms not cleaned and garbage smelled. Left early on Sunday, requested for room to be cleaned, once again after arriving back after 8pm, room NOT cleaned again AND NOTHING could be done, but was offered to take whatever we wanted from the snack area. Very dissatisfiedwith the service! Will not recommend
Better motels to stay at than this one. They kept my 100.00 deposit. Said room smelled like smoke. Never did smoke in there room. Very disappointed.
Overall, a good experience. Some things that weren't awesome - and could probably be improved with minimal issue: 1, the TV was mounted in a location where watching it from bed would cut off part of the screen - which was just weird and unnecessary. 2, a very minor thing, there were two elliptical machines in the workout room but one of them was non -functional but looked like it worked.
Hallways are an icebox. Room service is at the most random times (6pm and someone’s in my room?). Platinum elite and my room during my stays were always off the elevator across from the ice machine. “Do you like a high floor?” “Yes that’d be great!” *gets put on 3rd floor*. $15/day parking but the gates were broken 3 of the 4 days so parking should have been free but was still charged. Rooms are fine. Location is good. But things are off. Don’t book a promotional rate, it takes an arm and a leg to get your points.
Located right across the street from the Hilton Convention Center which was where our dance Workshop was held for the weekend. Really appreciated their help in a screwed up hotel reservation that could have been a catastrophe. Also appreciated the courtesy of a hot breakfast at no extra cost each morning.
The staff at this hotel was fantastic. The HR manager (Nathan) saw me having trouble printing a document, and stopped what he was doing to print it for me! Reception staff was very nice and gave great advice about the area. Great location. Enjoyed the botanical exhibit next door, and Debrandt’s Chocolate down the street.
