My first and last visit here. Two teenish kids. A boy and a girl. Chatting enthusiastically with each other and didn’t even speak to me and my wife. Another lady came in at the online order pick up and was acknowledged immediately and then a family came in and also helped. I asked the guy mixing directly where we place our order and he mumbled something about getting to us but he was “in the zone right now”. Not sure what zone he was referring to but it wasn’t the same one me and my wife were in. We left and I’m most certainly not going back.
My kids love it here!! They always seem to have new and different flavors!!! All kinds of goodies to top your treats! My kids love that they can mix and match multiple flavors of Icecream.? The staff is always happy and helpful ? depending on the time of day you are here there can be a bit of a wait... but it's always worth it! ?
Unbelievably slow at everything they do. Everything you order is a mess, you’ll need two dozen napkins to clean your hands and bowl. Out of every flavor, even though their recipes call for staple flavors, like vanilla and sweet cream. I’ve never had a correct order here. Not staffed properly
If I could give customer service a zero I would.No one said hello. No one said anything except "what do you want", then asked 3 more times what we ordered because the ear buds in her ears were so loud she couldn't remember.No smile. No joy. Lifeless. Rude.Slow as turtles because I think they hate their job.Stood in line 32 minutes before ordering.
We were a group of 11 people. One member of our group walks with a cane due to a stroke. While my daughter was holding the door for her, a member of the staff (we assume the shift manager) yelled across the counter to shut the door. We tried to explain to her that we were holding the door for a slower member of our group, but that apparently did not matter to her. I am sure she is just one bad employee is the company, but that experience demonstrates how rude, inconsiderate, and intolerant improperly trained employees can be.
Cold stone ice cream is delicious, but the service time at this location has been really slow with an incredible lack of hustle. I came with my kids after a movie half hour before close and the line was long and it took over ten minutes to help a customer. Being seventh in line I did the math, left with my kids screaming promising we’d come back another day when it was faster. Well I’m in line now and have been for 34 minutes. So far I’ve seen three customers that have been helped and four leave the line. At this pace I have another hour to wait. I addressed this with the worker and he just shrugged and slowly made waffles while the second worker went to the bathroom leaving the long line unattended. I love the ice cream but this location so far gives the brand a really bad name. Hopefully things shape up and we can give this place another chance, but at this point my desire to make this a “regular” is basically gone.
Terrible service. I am being generous. I understand being short on staff. I was not even acknowledged or told I would be waited on. 2 people working. 1 was "on line" the other completed an order and disappeared in the back room to never be seen again. While the only one left just did "on line" stuff. I left. Very very disappointed cold stone.
In line for 45 minutes, ended up walking out. Three workers working at snail pace. Several others also walked out and they still couldn’t make a dent in the line
Do not order through door dash spent 40$ and my mother and I both were missing the main ingredients in what we ordered. I'm livid . As we know you spend basically 20$ to have something delivered. On top of that it was wrong and bland. Won't return. I guess because you're delivering a product you feel you do not have to have any standards in your work. This isn't the first time this has happened when having it delivered from here. Not sure if it's new management or what but this last year the quality has really gone down and how much of your add-ins they mix in and the lack thereof of what they mix in is enough to drive anyone away. Too expensive not to be right everytime. There's no excuse.
I love Cold Stone Ice cream. The peanut butter perfection is what I get every time I go.
