I've never had any problems. They are reliable and it's not their fault costs are going up. Minimum order is doable.
I've worked for this place and it is a circus. The management there can't help you HR can't help you.. They don't care about their employees at all all they care about is putting out numbers.. In this day society it's about time businesses cared about the people that make them the money.
I have been doing business with this company for the last 7 years. I own an English Toffee company in Indianapolis. I needed a 100lb order on quick turnaround. My best option was to pickup this order at CK. I was told that if I picked up this order, all of my future orders would have to be pickup also. What kind of customer service is that?

I have made some orders with CK products before and have received great assistance with the process of determining the shipping cost to Puerto Rico, since it is not possible to immediately see how much will the shipping cost be at the time of placing the order. WIth the previous orders, a representative called me to inform about the shipping cost to decide if I will proceed with the order. This time I called them, placed the order with a representative and she wasn't able to tell me the shipping cost right away, which I understood. She told me that they would call me later. They did call me as they have done before, but since the shipping cost was 3 times the amount of my order, I decided to cancel. The employee was ok with that and hung up, but soon called me back to tell me that they have to charge me a percentage of the order, which for my order was about $40, because they had already packed the products.I don't think it is fair that they didn't give me the opportunity to evaluate if it was a good deal for my business to order from them because they don't have the tools to estimate a shipping cost when the customer is placing the order. Now I had to pay for something that was absolutely out of my control and that could have been avoided if they waited for my confirmation before "packing" the products of my order.
We have to work 60 hour weeks because no one wants to work here. Why work here, when you can work at Costco for 2 more dollars an hour?
Horrible business. They do a bate and switch. I was supposed to get a 3/8-1/2” think older seedling, they sent me a stick that was less than 1/4”. Then they deny that the product they actually sent is the product that they actually have. They won’t respond and they won’t refund you. I wrote a negative review and it conveniently didn’t show up. I would be wary of buying from them. I had to escalate to ****** and blatantly lied. There are better much much more reputable business out there.
