I got a bowl with chicken and they were out so I had to wait 15 minutes for that. Then I wanted queso in my bowl but ironically they were out as well, so that was another 10 minutes. I stood up there and atleast 5 other customers got queso before me. And even by then, they were just about, out leaving me with little to none. Sure, call me a picky eater or whatever, but... HEY!!! I love me some chicken and queso in my bowl. I understand that at the time I was ordering they were extremely busy taking tons of orders at a time. So being short on stuff does is gonna happen. That's only why I'm not giving 1 star.If you read this far, thank you!
My girlfriend and I visited this location yesterday. They were decently busy as it was 6-7pm. on a Saturday. We waited in line for 5-10 minutes and when we got to the front we were greeted by one of the line workers. They said “Hi what can I get for you?” and immediately after turned to their coworker, and walked away from us, without saying “excuse me for a moment” or anything at all. Then left us waiting there as the rest of the line checks out and people keep piling in the door. We could see the guy walking back and forth all around the store but never once acknowledging what he did. We left shortly after because we felt as if our order doesn’t matter to the store so why give it business. Thankfully there are some authentic Mexican restaurants nearby that care about their customers and taste way better in our opinion(they also don’t have a salsa shortage). Save your money and time this place is trash.
Improved management and staff. ? I'm back enjoying my meals and loving Chipotle again. Haven't had a bad experience since about 6 months ago. I usually eat lunch there once or twice a week. So my reviews are pretty accurate. I'm definitely prepared to say, "Yes, I do recommend it and confident you'll Jane no problem in getting fresh food and friendly service from here."
Most of the times I'm there meat (chicken or steak) is out. This Last time I went they shorted me on the steak since I could see they were running low and did not give me the usual amount. I'm not gonna pay $12-13 for a burrito bowl with less than the usual amount of meat.
I get the same thing every time and the price is always different. Has huge chunks of “shredded” chicken in my burrito. Constantly running out of key ingredients and save the last of it for online orders. Rice was extremely salty. Burrito was not good.
It is always a good experience going to that Chipotle. Everyone is super friendly and they give you exactly the amount that you ask for. Even when your a little picky lol they accommodate you. My favorite Chipotle hands down!
Food was on point! Hot, fresh, and fast! I visit on a regular basis the portion's are good for the price and there is always fresh meat and veggies on rotation. I can order knowing my tummy is gonna feel full :)
Went and had great service at the beginning and as soon as i was going to check out the front cashier daniel started being very disrespectful to the guest in front of me as well as myself and the others i was with. i simply needed to check out and leave yet this individual prolonged it and make conflict for no reason at all. it’s sad the little bit of costumer service that’s left at this chipotle, and the fact that the manager sat and watched it all make it even worse…..
I seal coated parking lot and the employees were extremely kind to us and fed us free meal just the most nicest company I ever worked for. THANKS TO ISAAC AND ALL EMPLOYEES FROM MIDWEST SEAL TEAM LLC
Every time I go and I ask for lettuce this it what I get half cut big pieces of lettuce I can’t even enjoy my bowl. Very unhappy with there food.
