Waited 30 minutes, every server had seen me. I never even got to order my drink! No one had even walked by my table! I was seated, I didn't seat myself. Completely ignored, I got better service at McDonald's. If I knew how I would give a worse rating.
We had 5 in our party and after feeling like we were a burden to seat by the hostess, we sat at our table for 20 minutes and not one server stopped at our table. We decided to leave and go to another restaurant who would love to have our business. I will never step foot into a Chili's ever again. I'm shocked this place is still in business.
We dropped in here for dinner and it was delicious as chipotle always is as we would expect from the chain.The Store does seem a bit smaller than your typical chipotle but it is still pretty much the same standard layout just on a more condensed scale.I didn’t realize that they had a watermelon lemonade until after I had already sat down and started eating but it looks so delicious and you can see it from the picture that is definitely on the top of my agenda for the next time provided that there’s not just a local thing and they have it in Ohio also.No we didn’t come in here at 8 o’clock in the evening and I’m sure these guys were swamped all day long because they were pretty busy while we were here too but the place could have the trash attend to a little bit more. By that I mean you can see in the pictures that the trash cans really are pretty full in the bathrooms a little bit overflowing. But make no mistake this place was clean and tidy and every other aspect.They were out of the hot tofu which is one of my favorites but everything else was delicious and I would give him a good solid double thumbs up
Chili's is very understaffed and the people who are there don't seem to put forth much effort. We watched multiple tables walk out because no one came to their table, and others left before being seated because there was no one at the door to seat. Our food took a long time to arrive and some of it was cold. The bill came and it was incorrect. I was told by the waitress that she would fix it but I was wrong. This put me on the defensive and I showed her where the mistake was. She put the incorrect order in the system and that made it an extra $6. She went and got her manager and I explained it to her and she said she would fix it. I payed the bill and still tipped 18%, despite the poor service. When I got home and looked at the receipt, they had added an extra $1 charge on the bill. This was the last straw, I'm done with this place. I highly doubt they will stay open much longer.
Waited 50 minutes for 3 steaks. They were not busy AT ALL, we arrived at 4:50pm. Everyone who arrived after us ate and left before we were even served. The steaks were horrible, tasteless, and mine was grossly overcooked. I'm only giving one star because the asparagus was good and the bottled beer was barely cold enough to drink. Have not been to Chili's for 15 years or so and do not ever plan on returning. Very disappointed.
Went with my friend and the first thing was dirty silverware on the floor,that I had to push out into aisle so someone could pick them up. The floors were covered with food and napkins,the table was dirty and sticky. The host did get a paper towel and wipe it off. Food was great,took about 15 minutes from order. Waitress was inattentive and even when asked for something she wouldn't bring it,so another person did. Might be why they are NEVER busy and you can always find a seat or 75 Cleanliness...F Food...B Service...F Price...B Overall....D Wouldn't go again.
30 minute wait on a Saturday 5 pm because, as the host said, “there’s only 3 servers on” 2/3 of the restaurant was empty. We waited and ate. The table was bizarrely too high and very wobbly. The food was poorly made--some stuff was soggy, she got some of our order wrong, the ribs I got cooled off before they got to my table. It wasn’t a terrible meal but wow is this store struggling.
My family and I went there and were greeted with a 30 minute wait before we got seated. Understandable, we are a family of 5. We were getting upset when we noticed about 2 sets of 5 people got seated before us. Right before we were about to leave, they decided to find us a table. I thought maybe they can redeem themselves, but I thought wrong. Took almost an hour for our food to come out. The beans were ice cold and nasty. Steak was dry, burnt and rubbery. Chicken was dry and nasty. Drinks were also warm. Gave us no napkins or silverware, we had to ask. And when we asked if we could get refills on the alcoholic beverages she said (our waitress) “let me go check with our bartender”. Came back 5 minutes later and told us that “it was against their policy” to serve us the drinks. You can say that none of us were happy costumers. All I can say is do better. It’s not that hard. Will NEVER be returning.
We went on April 13th. My mother and I wanted to eat before we went shopping. It wasnt busy. We sat down and was not able to orde. We sat there for 35 minutes and no one took out drink orders or food no one even talked to us.i waved for someone to come over but they just breezed on by and ignored us. I could understand you are short staffed at time but for someone to not even talk to us or take out orders is horrible. We left and on out way out the hostess said have a good night and told her we were completely ignored. We decided to go to cheddars instead. There we were treated with good customer service and good food. We are really disappointed with chili's. Not sure if we will go back.
Stopped for a lunch on our way home, we used to come to Ft Wayne and eat here lunch all the time. Never again! Shelley the manager had no concern for customers. Candace was our waitress and was working so hard to do right by the 6 tables. Only employee that seemed to be working. One girl in the bar cut herself and asked the manager for a bandaid and was told to go to the office. My husband ordered a Caesar side salad and it came out on a hot plate with no dressing. Mine was to have no croutons came out with over 30 in a big bowl. Food was not good. STILL CHARGED US... DO NOT VISIT.
