Not sure why there weren’t team members outside taking orders during rush hour? Took over 20 minutes to order because customers could only order at the menu board. There are fans going above so I had to yell my order into the microphone and the poor girl couldn't understand me, and I had to repeat myself. My order was correct and ready to go at the window, so I can't complain too much.
The food is good, but the past 3 times I've been here I've waited 15+ minutes for my food. The drive-thru is slow. Going in is slow. Ordering ahead on the app is just as slow as ordering at the window.

I go in the mornings an it make take a min for the food but it's hot an fresh an the ladies are so sweet an have a smile on there faces thank u an keep rocking ladies

I waited 20 minutes for my food, no exaggeration, all for it to be incorrect. My iced coffee had no syrup in it, breakfast burrito was falling apart when I opened it, and my parfait was overfilled and leaking out of the sides, and the topping was not on the side like I had requested. This is not the first time an incorrect order has been given to me, and I have just given up on going inside to ask for the correct order because it takes a very long time to get someone’s attention. I understand things get busy and stressful, but please improve this. Very disappointed.
I usually never have a problem at any location but whoever the woman is taking drive thru orders today (left side) was extremely rude. Said “wow” because I wanted milkshakes with each meal. I was really shocked at how she spoke. I understand if you’re stressed or having a tough day but there was no reason for the way she was speaking to me as a customer. (The ones that handed me my food were great)
Always have very friendly service and great food. They get you through the drive through very quickly, even though the line was out to the road! I love this place and the people who work here! When I order and pay, I always have a delightful conversation with the employee, and their kindness always makes my day.
