Went there 2 days ago amazing service. Chip readers were down but cashier was nice, patient, and very help and genuine. Believe her name was Shelby. Will definitely be back to see her
I don't get it. My spicy chicken sandwich was dry, yet the breading was wet. It was quite the gross combination. My waffle fries were piping hot, yet they were void of any crispyness...they were hot and floppy. Overall my first experience at any Chick-fil-A was not good. I do not understand why the lines at these restaurants are so long.
The chicken was good and the service was excellent, frankly exemplary by mall standards, but Chick-fil-A's corporate donations to politically-outspoken groups make choosing to buy from them uncomfortable.
The food was great. There was a very long line but we still got our food quickly.
First let me say being a dad trying things by himself can be stressful but the crew went out of there way to help me get my child's and my own order to a table and help find a booster. This place not only makes great food but has better service!!
Don't get me wrong, I heart chick-fil-a food. However, the mall chick-fil-a at Glenbrook is not so great. They've switched out the bun for a cheap knock off so when you take a bite the bun immediately begins to sog. It is thin and breaks apart in a too thin, crusty kind of way. In other words, they have opted to use one of the cheapest buns possible. The waffle fries were at best a soggy warm. Service, per my experience, was still exceptional. I'm not rating your service, just your choice to cheap out.
The food court at glenbrook Mall like the rest of the mall is absolutely awesome. You have to give praise to the people and a time of nobody wanting to work because they're so selfish and entitled The people that actually clean up all the tables where people just throw their messes on the floor, not everybody. most of the people in Fort Wayne are the greatest people in Indiana because most people in Indiana to me being a Texan are awful people. but people in Fort Wayne are awesome but unfortunately there are the people that leave a mess on the floor. and you have these great super people that need a damn metal for cleaning up the messes. What a great food court. what a great mall. I can't say anything better about that mall. it is like the best mall, the only mall in Indiana

Worse place too go. The employees get very upset If they realize that you're not Catholic they treat you horribly they ask you to leave if you are being loud obnoxious and just having a regular conversation So my number one star is bad very bad anybody should be able to go to any restaurant of any gender and have a great meal
Don’t go to this location. Quality of food and staff has taken a huge dive. Go to the one outside the mall, it’s run much better and higher standards and quality of food.
