food is absolutely delicious not sure what previous reviewers are talking about, maybe another location but the one on Maplecrest is wonderful. best quesadilla I've ever had in my life. whenever we visit Grandma all the the way from Rochester NY this will be one of the stops !!!

Ordered Lunch steak fajitas 10.99 asked to add shrimp to it 5.99 for 5. got the bill for some dinner fajitas 21.95 only received 4 shrimps and couldn't get him to understand we did not order a dinner fajita!!!!It was most definitely a lunch order. Plus I had to send my Flautas back because I ordered shredded Beef & got ground Beef. Bill ended up 45.00 and I ordered water to drink. Will not ever be going back!!!We don't mind paying for what we order but this was not what we ordered!!!I would've went to Long Horn if we wanted to spend fifty dollars on lunch. Would've enjoyed it much better and had left overs.
Good food at a lower price! Cebolla's salsa and chips are wonderful! Sometimes I'd almost be happy with just them. Their Burrito Verde has a campfire flavor. Delicious with peppers and onions! The green sauce is tasty and mild. The Burrito Rojo, if someone wants kick. Plus, I think it comes with avocado or guacamole. It comes with extras. The Burrito Sabroso is in between, and comes with guacamole, I think. They all come with lettuce and pico de gallo. I recommend! For something mild and creamy, go for the Burrito del Puerto! It has shrimp and, I think, some other seafood. It is savory and satisfying.The atmosphere is festive and colorful. Nice on dreary days. All days but Sundays. The staff is friendly, quick, and attentive. Wide selection.
The food was really good. For my first time visiting this restaurant was definitely one I will revisit. Did I say that the food was good!?!?
Food came out quickly and was decent. My only issue is that I hate watery refried beans and requested charro beans. However when the food was delivered, the server said that they don't substitute the beans... I've eaten here several times and always get charro beans.
I must say, food is good, but, the water…the water. It was like drinking from heavens waterfalls. Man, something about it! I couldn’t get enough! Great job Cebollas!
Service was ok...hostess looked just thrilled to be there, dropped utensils off at table with menus and just walked away. Never had a taco salad with zero refried beans to include just a bit under the shell to keep it from sliding. Not likely to go back.
Cebolla's has the best service out of the restaurants I've been to in fort wayne. It only takes a few minutes for your food to come out as well. The food very good too.
Always a good place to meet family and friends. They are always able to accommodate groups of 6 or more, without a reservation. Food is always good, but just equal to other restaurants with similar menu items and the salsa rocks. Service and food are fast with no complaints on drink refills, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. In the end, I would give a 3.5 total.
