grrat food and just found a new favorite, the lasagna crab stuffed rolls with spicy shrimp marinara is amazing. highly recommend
Great food fantastic service
We were not as enamored with this place as many. We have had a great experience at the Casa on Jefferson Blvd in the past. We started out with the bread which you like to be crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. This was a large hard stale crouton, hard on the outside and on the inside. Then they brought the salads out and they were over dressed and had been sitting there for some time and the best work to describe them was slimy. We shrugged it off and hoped the pasta would be good and make up for it. My wife's Cavatelli con Quattro Formaggi comes out first. First thing I see is that the sauce has broken and separated. She was looking forward to a rich cheese cream sauce but it was basically a white mac and cheese that they cooked too long. I ordered the Mostaccioli Al Forno, a dish described as having a rich meat sauce. It came out looking very good with nicely browned cheese on top. I took a bite and three things popped into my head, wow that is hot, where is the meat, and why does the sauce taste like Chef Boyardee out of a can? I let it cool and went on a scavenger hunt and found a few bacon bit size flecks of meat. I finished the top cheese layer and never found any more meat and the sauce was still the sweet basic jar sauce taste. The server was surprised when we both said that we didn't need a box for the majority of our dishes. She didn't ask if we enjoyed it either. This is NOT what I was expecting from two meals that cost $16.99 and $14.29. I don't want to be mean or hurtful but I have had better sauce at Fazoli's and that isn't even real Italian. We agreed for the poor quality and the rather high prices we will not be going back to this restaurant. If I were to end on a good note, the Iced tea was good. We did not complain so they didn't have a chance to do anything about it but at that point it was really beyond saving.
Always excellent service, great prices too. We begin with the olive oil mixed with parmesan cheese on our bread. The food is very consistent: delicious crisp calamari, spicy tender mussels, tasty Casa salad, with a cold Peroni and healthy wine pours. We recommend the eggplant parmesan, chicken Palermo and the pasta with mushrooms.
A little slow to greet, serve us to place our order. But then the waitress made it right. Very hot great food!!
I love their food and they actually have very good service here. My favorite is and always will be the linguine tute mate in the butter sauce. Awesome seafood linguine.
You can't go wrong with Casa Grille! I especially enjoy their Veggie Pizza and Casaburo Side Salad. Perfect spot for a date night or a family dinner.
One of my favorite Italian restaurants. Decent prices, good food. I am sad that the menu isn't as big as it was but I'm assuming that's due to covid.
Every time I come here I have a bad experience- and I've given it several chances. I have an egg allergy and my server was absolutely clueless and rather than going back and asking the kitchen, he clearly made up answers to my questions. When someone has an allergy- that is unacceptable. Ordered an Italian sub and the meat came out burnt- literally black. Disgusting.
