My family enjoyed Burgerfi!!! The staff was pleasant, our food was brought out quickly. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean! And the food was really good!!! The bacon ? cheeseburger was delicious ? as was the original burger ?The menu is simple a few different burger options hotdogs and fries. They also have desserts ? the price is reasonable for a good quality food!!! We will definitely be eating here again!!!
The food was all cold. And it got delivered in less than 10 min after the Door dasher picked it up and he had it in an insulated bag. The bun on the chili dog was hard and dried out and the burger tasted overly salty (and I like alot of salt). The onion rings however were delicious despite not being warm.
The food was very good. They initially made my son's burger with cheese even though I was specific that only ketchup be on his burger. But he loved the final product......They apparently had some type of leak because the floor was wet with a pool of water and the place needed a proper cleaning.I will try again in 2wks.?
The manager while young was VERY polite and professional when I had an issue. I am very glad to have chosen this place to eat. The Burgers are very burger like nothing overly special but still quite delicious!
I did the bunless option where they wrapped the burger in iceberg lettuce and it was really good. Their special sauce was mm good. The regular serving of French fries was large; the style reminded me of the thick cut 'fair' food.
My wife and I are burger fiends so we had to try this place. Nice, new construction, clean and open. We ordered from a nice young lady who could not speak a complete sentence to save her life. Mumbled everything and rolled her eyes when I asked her to repeat what she said. I ordered carefully and had her repeat the order. She got it wrong so I corrected her. She seemed to understand but when we got to our table, it was NOT prepared the way we ordered. The fries were WAY over salted and the burgers were just OK. Not worth the price.
Burger is incredible for the price. You can taste the quality of beef. Team members are friendly. Facility is always spotless, even the bathrooms. Been at least once a week since it opened.
Visited BurgerFi in Jefferson Pointe this week. BurgerFi has good burgers, some of the best around and like any place the fries and onion rings can vary in taste. To be honest I'm still trying to prove my theory wrong. Here it is. There is no place that has a burger that's worth 12 bucks. Don't get me wrong BurgerFi has good burgers decent fries and decent onion rings but they're not worth $12. Total for two of us to eat with 15% tip was $42 and I think that's just crazy for a burger and onion rings. We didn't even get drinks!
The best way to describe this is like Five Guys but a bit fancier. I had the Breakfast All Day burger and ordered the large fries to share with between 3 people. The burger was tasty and the fries were also good, though a bit limp. We had so many fries we had to take them home. A bit pricey for fast food but satisfying.They also have options for vegans/vegetarians if you prefer
BurgerFi is very good. Variety is nice. They still aren't as good as Five Guys.
