I've recently had lunch their and it was amazing. Also best fries in town.
Stopped on the way through town and was happy to find BurgerFi lived up to the reputation.Aside from being a very clean establishment, the employees were friendly and didn’t seem to hate their place of employment.I got the SWAG Burger and fries. The ingredients were quality and the presentation was on point. You can tell they’re not just slapping together your meal.Highly recommended!
I go to BurgerFi for two reasons: the Impossible burger and the amazing onion rings. Unfortunately for me, they were out of the Impossible burger this time, and the other veggie burger was not up to the same standard IMO. But the onion rings still tasted great, washed down with an IPA (gumball head, I believe). I also like the outdoor seating and my husband enjoys the 80s music that they usually play.
I had the Conflicted Burger (one veggie patty, one beef) and my partner got the regular Burgerfi burger with cheese. Both were fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The fries were loaded with parmesan and well-seasoned. Burgerfi brings sit-down quality to fast food, albeit at closer to sit-down prices.
The best thing about this place is the decor. Though the restaurant was cute and trendy in appearance, and mostly clean, it was ridiculously expensive for sub par, nearly flavorless food. It is nothing more than an overpriced glorified fast food joint. It cost almost $40 for two people to get: 2 drinks, 2 burgers (one junior size), one order of fries, and one order of onion rings (about 7 of them.)My burger was barely cooked. The onion rings were flavorless. The cheese and bacon they charged almost $3 to put on fries (mistakenly since my husband thought the seemingly stoned attendant was asking about wanting cheese on his burger) tasted so gross, we wiped it off and threw most of the fries away. I can't imagine what it would have cost us to feed a family. We could have gotten a meal at Texas Roadhouse for half the cost and actually enjoyed our food. The guy, that came in after, us had the right idea. He got custard and skipped the other food. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
My 7-year-old daughter and I love to try new burgers. Our favorite has always been five guys, but this place completely exceeded expectations. It is currently our favorite place to frequent when craving the best burgers possible. Now when I ask my daughter what's her favorite burger place, she says BurgerFi,!
Normally absolutely fantastic burgers but tonight something was different. The burgers were more dry than the Sahara desert and the fries had atleast a pound of salt on them. The entire staff was teenagers which may have had something to do with it. I’d recommend going to the one in Jefferson pointe instead.

We just tried Burger-Fi for the first time tonight. We all agreed fantastic burgers and onion rings. The burgers were big and filling and our order was correct. We had delivery and it didn’t take long and delivery person followed our contactless delivery instructions perfectly. Can’t wait to eat more burgers from here.
Pros: Good fries, Good presentation.Cons: Simple burgers. High prices. Dirty food trays.Came in on a slow Friday night and ordered some pretty simple things. One kids meal, 2 burgers and 2 drinks. Totaled almost $30. I saw another comment about getting similar food at a cheaper place and unfortunately I have to agree. There's no way the cheaper places can compete with their fries, which were really good, but the burger reminded me a lot of Steak n Shake.Something else somewhat minor is the tray our food was served on had ketchup residue on it which leads me to believe they were either not washed or not washed properly. None of our food had ketchup on it so I am 100% certain it was not our food.One of our burgers came out incorrect and we discovered this after we inspected with our hands (this is important). They did offer to remake the sandwich and did so, but also took back the burger that was wrong. I hope the staff is trained on food safety standards and that burger was discarded.
