Drive thru wait was a little long but food quality is usually the best for bks in town.

I was the only customer in the dining room one evening with maybe one car in the drive thru. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes while the crew stood in the doorway between the kitchen and the service counter, talking and laughing without ever acknowledging my presence. They were all young, African-American women and one slightly older African-American man. I walked out. As a senior, white man I can only conclude that the staff are such racists and sexists that they don't serve people like me. I never went back.

Ok. My faith in this location has been restored. Used the app without incident. Very nice person on the speaker very patient with my fumbling. I’m going to tell you guys…probably the best burger I’ve had in a while. Fries were perfection and I was in and out in ten minutes or less. Glad to see this Location back on their game. Excellent. Skip the arches and go here. Dinnertime drive thru abs use the app. They give you free upsize of drink or fries daily.

Fast friendly service. Just wasn't please at how the manager lady was barking orders, especially in front of customers. Other than that great experience

Place is disgusting. Food that was ordered was rock hard and way over cooked. Seriously fast food restaurants need to retrain their employees big time

Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and they only gave me 1. Was in a rush to get to work so I couldn't turn back and get my order corrected. Double check yo bags people.

Won’t open lobby and won’t serve at the drive through. Pretty odd business model of a restaurant that refuses to sell food. Also extremely rude to children.

Got off work tonight and went to this burger King, they had only one car in drive thru and when we finally got to the speaker (after waiting nearly 10 minutes to get to the speaker) the guy that answered the speaker was insanely rude, I had simply said I couldn't see the menu and asked what deals they had going on, he did a loud sigh over the speaker and with an attitude said to me "it's on the right side of the menu" now me nor the driver of the vehicle I was in saw anything about any kind of deals going on. I cannot believe he would be so dang rude when I even apologized for asking due to me being unable to see... so when he gave me that attitude we just left... you need to do something about this guy. I'm in customer service myself and I know that we wouldn't tolerate someone so dang rude! So thanks to him we wasted gas and time and we didn't even get to purchase anything because I just felt like a total burden to this guy. It was at 10:35pm.

Inside was closed during the day smh?so the drive thru line was long. Also didn't take my BK App coupon. Do better

Need to do better sign say deals but they don't have deals they just haven't removed the removed the perks..
