I've only been there about five or six times, but as of now the food has always been good the wings are always cooked properly and their sauces are good. My eleven-year-old son thinks it's the best wings in town
The girls in there don't know how to talk to a customer nor a human being. The one with glasses looks like she's been on drugs for the longest time and I cannot understand how anyone actually gets seated, I went In and a blonde didn't even care I was there, ignored me even. I had to approach her closer to let her know what I needed and with that attitude I couldn't even order food. I just walked out. You work where you work. Make my chicken <.<.
My family and I used to be a big fan of Buffalo Wings & Ribs, but the last few visits have been not good. Prices have put a stop on recent visits. They don't put enough sauce on Wings with carryouts and it leaks out of container and in bag and onto seats of vehicle. After driving 20 min from restaurant to home and to find missing ranch dressing. I complained and they said that they were going to make it right. And instead they sent me a complementary ticket with free oz of dressing when they should discount the food. The owners are not doing a good job.

This is by far my favorite place to eat in all of Fort Wayne. I go there about 2 times a week .the food is awesome and absolutely fantastic..I highly recommend eating here. I have never had a bad experience ever one time at this place the food is actually perfect. Great job wings on Coldwater road .......should be nationally recommend I mean people should drive from neighboring states just to get their wings here!!!
Have enjoyed this place for years but the prices have soared and the quality has significantly declined. Last 3 experiences were not great....paid almost $9 for a bowl of soup on a carry out order and got a cup only half full. Fries have been so greasy and almost black last 2 times. They charge almost $4 for a fountain pop. The grilled chicken sandwich breast was tiny and the lettuce was shredded iceburg vs a leaf like it used to be, just seems corners are being cut but prices still have gone up a lot.
I have enjoyed this placed for years but it has offically lost my business. 7 degrees outside zero signs stating you must wait in the parking lot. I unload my family and we are told 20min wait. We wait 10 and are told to go outside and wait in our car. In a open concept zero mask restaurant. Only for the cashier to get nasty. Im sorry bwr but thats not the service or kindness your place has been for years. I even asked if i placed masks on my kids.. come up to par with the normal covid standards before you become a place of the past.
I typically go to the SW location once a week but for the past few weeks they have not been answer their phone during lunch hours. Also the customer experience has been extremely poor as of late, they completely messed my order up and did apologize for it and I understand people make mistakes but the solution they had to fix it is the reason I’m posting this. The handling of this situation will unfortunately make me drive to the north location even though the SW is 5 minutes from me. If the owner of Buffalo wings & ribs does review these please reach out to me. Thanks
I think this place fell short, and it wasn't a lack of service. First and foremost I didn't visit the bar. Party of 4 promptly seated and served beverages. First thing you will find is that the prices are fair, but on the high side. If you charge more, id like to see better food on my plate. I had fried mushrooms, nothing new, frozen goods from Gordon foods. Then the wings came out. $1.30 a wing. They were puny. No meat on the bone. Disappointing. Ill pay your premium price for a quality product. I just felt screwed. Good wings are out there, I don't think this is the best FW can do. Thanks but no thanks.
So I placed a carry-out order and they forgot my ranch. So I called them back and all they had to say was “do you wanna come back and get it?” They didn’t apologize or offer me anything for my troubles of having to come all the way back after I sat down to eat without ranch that was ordered with my wings! They have good wings but the workers at this location need better customer appreciation!!!
