I visited Buffalo Wings and Ribs again for lunch. This place continues to have a great atmosphere and I always enjoy the food. I got the barbecue sauce this time instead of the medium Buffalo which is my go-to. The barbecue is good and I've had quite a few of their other sauces and dry rubs and they are all very good. Specifically, the lemon pepper dry rub is very good if you're interested in giving it a try or if you're there on an all-you-can-eat day. There are plenty of TVs around and some of the best wings and fries in town. Great food. Good lunch specials. Highly Recommend!
I hate to give this review but I have to be honest...they have my favorite wings but lately it's like why go and waste my money? They are always cold under sauced or simply not done right.They give time frames for pick ups but you are always left standing there waiting.Last time I went I was given a 20 to 25 min time frame and it was over an hr. As I stood there waiting a guest came up to get her own boxes because her service was so awful.There were a bunch of teens doing nothing but standing around on their phones hiding behind the little wall as guests stood there waiting to be checked out and doing tik tok dances.To top it off their manager on duty got off the phone with an upset customer that from what I could gather from the conversation was given a time on a table to be available and it was ready much sooner. The customer wouldn't be there in time and the manager basically said too bad.As she got off the phone she was calling them Karens.IMO not professional and actually a bit racist.Just horrible customer service and their food has seriously gone down hill.Super sad.
Great customer service and always quality food!! It was super busy with take out orders for Superbowl Sunday but they did a fantastic job in getting our order out in a timely manner. Best wings in the area! Except for their Coldwater location, they have equally amazing wings and customer service!!
This was my 1st time trying this place & they were great. Definitely try the Chef salad, it was the best salad ever and the wings were awesome too

Of course wing prices are up a little...but so is everything...we had the best service and the food was delicious.
I have been going to this location since I was just a kid. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The service is always fast and the food is great! I would highly recommend a visit!
Location: Jefferson We will not be back. Service was awful. They were busy, and staffed. Staff was in back the whole time. Our total time was 1 hour and 20 minutes. Our fries were cold. we told our waitress, she replaced them. However, the new fries were over cooked. Our cashier on the way out asked how it was, we told her but she was rude. Cashed us out and then turned around and went to the back. The chicken tenders were the only thing that was delicious.
Used to come here frequently. Brought the family tonight and was terribly disappointed. Seated beside the staff entryway. Some vulgarity filled music pumping out of the kitchen, "expletive" this and "expletive" that along with bursts of expletives from the loud staff in the kitchen. Food came out after 25 minutes nearly cold to the touch. We couldn't ask for new food, we know how that would have went. We choked it down. Won't be back. Place has went downhill.
Love the food! Prices have gone up recently, but hasn't stopped me from eating there at all. I always get take out, and they without a doubt will say 20 minutes everytime, however it's always longer than that.
