Charged me money for placing a carry out order. Price was not reflected on the menu when ordering.

Came in they had one server, told us it would just be a few minutes to be sat so the server could catch up. We totally understand, another couple came in right after us and was sat immediately. We left. We thought we would give it another chance today for lunch. We were one of 2 tables there. The service from Amanda was absolutely awful. It took her 5 minutes for her to greet us, was short and rude when talking to us. Checked on us 3 times, then sat there for over 10 minutes waiting for boxes because her and the other servers were in the back talking and eating. Do better.
Went on a Sunday night, so not very busy, orders were taken right away with drinks and appetizers arriving under 10 mins. 1.5 hours later no food, had to track the waitress down to ask what was going on as she had not came back to us, she says food is being plated and will be to us shortly. 10 mins later the manager says the ticket was lost and no one knew what was going on and so the food was not actually ready. Despite all that she did bring us out food for the 2 babies who were getting impatient and extra apps for the rest as well as only charging us for the apps we originally ordered and our drinks. If not for the manager I probably would never go to this one again,the waitress avoided us like the plague instead of just touching base with what happened
Horrible experience. Came here to take my mom out for dinner at 7:30PM. Our waitress barely spoke to us, gave us one menu (had to flag her down to get another menu and a drink menu), and it took nearly an hour to get our food. Our waitress scarcely checked up on us. We had plans after dinner but waited so long the stores we wanted to go to had already closed. Barely saw our waitress to even flag her down. We were also shorted some wings so waited another 15-20 mins for that. We didn't get out till nearly 10PM. We thought maybe they were short staffed but saw plenty of other staff check on their tables and get them done and out before us. There was a couple who came in after us and left shortly after. They ordered just as much food as my mom and I and still left within a reasonable time. Ridiculous. What a way to welcome my mom back home. Should have gone next door to the Italian place.
When we got there, we were sat within a few minutes. We ordered a sample appetizer, 10 wings, chicken sandwich with fries and chicken strips with fries. It took every bit of 45 min to get the food. In the meantime, a couple at down beside us 20 min after we got there and got their appetizers within 10 min. In that time, our waiter was standing off to the side on his phone. When the food was finally brought to our table, the appetizer was with the main food. The appetizer was hot, wings were cold to the touch, chicken strips and chicken sandwich were warm, but the fries were cold. The waiter only came to the table twice the whole time we were there. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Wasn't worth the wait or price
Pleasantly surprised. Better than other B-dubs I've been to. Service was great and the folks in the kitchen seemed to put in more effort than I have come to expect from this chain. Good lunch specials.

Food was fresh & delish! Service was outstanding. The waitress was so friendly & attentive. The manager was also very friendly as well.
