Came at a less busy hour, but our food came out extremely fast. Waiters/Waitress were very kind and polite. So shout to them
The staff is awesome !!! We just ate on the patio on a super hot day and the attention to detail was phenomenal! Over the top accommodating (the extra water refreshments were very welcome for a fellow not dressed properly for the heat)! And, by the way, the food was great!
Came in last evening after my nephews elementary school musical and there were about 10 of us. Every single one of us had boneless wings and have been sick all night and morning! I even brought boneless wings home to my fiance and he is sick. My friend took wings to her husband and kids and they are sick! This is NOT ok! If you are offering BOGO on Boneless wings don't forget to mention that it comes with free food poisoning. I will never again come to any of your locations.
Great restaurant. Lots of TV's in the dining room. Good food. Great service. Full bar with lots of beers.Horrible location so use your GPS to find their driveway.
Great customer service we sat in the bar. Food was amazing their wings are definitely a hit. All kinds of tvs to watch sports on. Well worth the money spent.
Pretty decent wings, staff was attentive and restaurant overall clean. This is your standard wing, burger, and rib place. We did enjoy the medium garlic, and the red Shanghai sauce (sweet spicy).They have drinks as well with some craft beers.3.8/5
I feel like BWW in general has gone down hill in the quality of their food. BUT, this one has great staff and great beer. They have a patio during warmer months. Great atmosphere.
Waitress didn't know any of the alcohol in house and forgot other customers orders and also didn't think to look at the 86 list either. Food was mediocre at best. My wings were bone dry and harder than concrete. There were holes in our seats and it took 15 minutes to get our appetizer out. We almost went somewhere else halfway through our meal. Literally don't come here.
Took almost an hour to get our chicken wings and they weren't even very busy. Waitress disappeared for awhile too. Had to ask for a box 3 times before she finally brought it. Frustrating because we usually have a better experience than this
Before I get to my actual review, my wife and I visit this restaurant a few times a month. It's usually a late lunch on Friday, and we like like to enjoy a few beers before we even order to wind down from a long week. And just about every time our server is Aurelia, who's awesome.Now I should also point out that I attended The Ohio State University where Buffalo Wild Wings & Weck first began. When I was in college the late 80s, there was only two BW-3's and they were on the OSU campus.Things have changed, and so has the menu over the years.But here's my review: You can't go wrong with the wings, the burgers and their chicken sandwiches. And they have several good appetizers.Today, though, my wife and I decided to share a few apps, one of which was the Ultimate Nachos.When I ordered, I stated I didn't want queso. I don't like it. I did get chili, but everything is cold or at room temperature. The chips were not hot, the cheese was not melted, and everything else was cold. Even the chili wasn't very warm. Plus there was way too much sour cream, which made everything seem colder.Will we be back? Sure. Service, thanks to Aurelia, is always on point. And I really enjoyed the Goose Island Wild Herd Kolsch. I will never order the nachos, though. Do better B-Dubs! And bring back the Buffalo Chips, your fries are weak.
