Our server was absolutely fantastic!! The food was good and it came pretty quick. Our serve was great with refills and checking in on us.
Family friendly, great service and relaxing atmosphere. Food was wonderful.. I had the western omelet with side of fresh fruit and whole wheat toast..
Did was great as usual. Waitress was very slow or non existent. We had to ask for our bread at the end of our meal. I'm a waitress myself and I know things can get crazy but it was quiet in there and no reason. Her other 3 tables in our area all had issues too. We still left 20% tip though because I understand we all have bad nights and we're all new at some point.
Bob Evans is not what it once was but this visit was definitely better than my last few visits. Waitress was very friendly.
Great breakfast. Had the feel of an original Bob Evans. Service and food quality was spot on.

Never order DoorDash from this location. 3 out of 3 times my order was wrong and not cooked properly. Latest order had raw mushrooms and spinach in my omelette and “loaded” hash browns were sad and undercooked. Tried to eat the omelette but had to drive to the restaurant to get a replacement. Front counter guy said “it was a coincidence” that every time I’ve ordered delivery I’ve gotten terrible quality food… Very hard to believe and honestly poor customer service. Will not be ordering from this location again either for delivery or in the restaurant.
Waiter made 3 trips to give us or utensils, drinks, bread. Had to flag him down to get more gravy that the cook barely put any on my Turkey, mashed potatoes and dressing dinner. (He might want to look at the picture the customers see in the menu.) The waiter only then asked if everything was OK. A sure sign your customers are ready to leave are when they ask for a box to take left overs home and take dessert to go, we are ready for our bill! Checked out at register because the bill wasn't coming and we had things to do! Even after paying, we didn't get a copy of our bill! So did we pay for someone else's meal? we will never know! Won't be going back anytime soon.
Bob Evans has delicious food. Especially their biscuits and gravy and fried chicken! The only issue is the wait time for food at this location. Not sure how many people work in the food prep/cook, but they are definately struggling to keep up with the 10 guests in the restaurant. (average of the 2 times we have been there. We understand that everyplace is understaffed right now and things are difficult for food workers right now. Unfortunately, Bob Evans is not helping their employees. Bob Evans requires the wait staff to bus their own tables as well as help serve customers, which is ridiculous. Waitresses are busting their butts to service several tables at the same time, run around getting food and drinks, and checking up on people in between. These waitresses make only $ 2.15 an hour doing the job of 3 people with not as much help and have to bus tables too??! And you know there are rude customers that will take it out of the wait staff's tip for the cook's mistakes/slowness. (Out of her control) Bobs can do better and actually pay their staff a fair wage for their demanding labor. They should not have to rely on tips to barely make ends meat. Please people, TIP BIG-- especially if they are amazing and working hard!
I have given this place so many chances but for some reason even when they are replacing meals from messing up they still continue to forget items and to give us wrong items. I just don't get it. We have went 4 times and every time they messed the order and two times they left me sit out in the curbside pick up for 20+minutes past pick up time, and our food was cold. It's sad because we use to really enjoy eating here, now we will no longer waste our money.
