Biggby Coffee in Georgetown Square is my favorite coffee shop in Fort Wayne. The owner is wonderful. My son and I went in there this past Sunday and got a couple of drinks and a chocolate chip cookie. The owner offered to heat up my son's cookie. The customer service is always amazing. I never just feel like a "customer" going on there.
I understand that the mornings on the weekends can probably be very hectic. I watched a lot of people standing patiently waiting for their orders. I really wish you guys would figure out a better process for to go orders. Another driver and I stood there for over 20 minutes and watched other people get served around us. The poor kid at the register was throwing the ticket orders in front of the tickets for us. I almost thought that the one gentleman was only expediting the go orders but orders but I realized that he was only doing the food for the entire restaurant. Your staff still did an amazing job under pressure and I do not blame them particularly for the long wait.

Met a friend here and tried their lemon muffin and coffee and was very happy with the muffin which was delicious to the last bite!
Awesome staff, friendly every time I go there. Most all times they have an available Brew just to get in and get out. Vanilla creamer? Zero?
Everything from the coffee to the food was amazing and the barista was hella cute so I gotta go back and try and get her number
I got brew coffee with mocha extra cream light sugar it was a good roasts and I will go again
Their hours are changed (open only until 3) sometimes they close early with no warning.Sometimes the staff is not very friendly.
I finally get to cash out. she's legit, reliable and experience. I invested $500 to earn $5,800... Easier than I thought.
