Overpriced for what you get. The fish was in a bunch of small pieces and very mushy. My French fries were half cooked. Both my husband and I got sick during the night after having it for supper. Not going back!
FOOD TRUCK: Since hush puppies and coleslaw are sold a la carte at the SAME price, I asked if I could get a hush puppy (singular) instead of coleslaw with the 3-piece fish dinner. They said No, but that I could get extra fries. I agreed. While they were Not BUSY, they still served me cole slaw and a smaller-than-normal order of fries. I do not eat very generic, out of a box coleslaw. Big Eyed Fish made a very poor first impression on me.
The dinners and sides were very good. I had fish and shrimp with delicious mixed vegetables and a baked potato. We will be going back.
Awesome place!!! Everything taste incredible here. I got the 3 pcs dinner with curly fries and hush puppies. I also tried the clam chowder soap and clam strips.
Upon arriving, I noticed this place is super clean. The customer service was excellent. Those are the only reasons I'm giving them any stars. The food was pretty awful and they were incredibly limited on what they could offer. $1per can of pop only had a couple to choose from. We spent $50 here for food I couldn't even try to eat. I've been to the other Big eyed fish down on wells and it was excellent.i was very disappointed here
Drove by this place for years and finally tried it based on a recommendation from my brother-in-law. Really good food for a quick fast-food place.
We were there for dinner. The catfish did not have good flavor, it was fishy, and the filets themselves were mushy. The haddock, however, was good. The restaurant has a very cold, stark feel. I would not say it is a comfortable place for a dinner spot.
We went thru the drive thru. What small amount of fish we got was good. But if you're gonna get this chincy with the fish you really should serve small buns. Not worth the price...off our list now.
If you are serving fish, have lemon it's a basic staple item that belongs with seafood. Also the tiny portion for the money spent was not worth the drive or gas. But the napkins were amazing.
Same delicious fish in a much smaller building, I believe they could do more here if they had space and more seating
