I walked into the lobby of the location by 740pm. There was one customer ahead of me that was taking her time sampling many different flavors. She finally made her decision, received her scoop, paid for it & sat down. The employee came towards me a little bit later and said "I'm sorry but the Lobby closed at 745pm so if you want anything you will have to go through the drive thru..EVEN THO I WAS IN THE LOBBY PRIOR TO CLOSING! LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Always out of prepackaged so they charge more for fresh pack. Rude employees.
They were out of spoons. Makes it difficult to eat ice cream without a spoon?
Just went to Baskin-Robbins it was Terrible service. Order 2 scoop sunday with hot fudge I got 1 scoop (didnt look like a scoop) and chocolate sauce. There was a employees running around acting like they were busy. Literally was me and 1 other car in drive thru. I went there to get a milk shake they said all the. blenders were down.
They said their blenders were down and so they couldn’t make my banana split lol
I ordered a large Salted signature caramel latte, waited about 10 minutes... recieved a medium carmel craze. (That tasted like milk) she seemed new, so they might need to look into their training. *DD
Order a ice cream sunday,no hot fudge since last year.Ps workers left us standing waiting for us to order,while they drank there coffee and talking.I had to finally ask who was going to help us.
You guys need to specify that you lobby is NOT open untill 8 and that half of your stuff is not available once the lobby is closed.
Please- someone needs to open another Baskin- Robbins in Fort Wayne! The one on Jefferson suffers from lackadaisical staff and no ice cream inventory.
Waited several minutes to place order to be told didn't have what we wanted on top of not being able to hear the person taking the order, then there was a car behind us honking because of the amount of time we were at the speaker. On top of that we waited several minutes for change. Very poor service for the money.
