We visited the Glenbrook Bandidos location considering they were not busy and we could get right in. Immediately we were given chips and salsa and asked for our beverage order. We placed our beverage order. We then checked out the menu. The descriptions of the food offered sounded delicious and the prices were no more than any other Mexican restaurant, so we made our choices. We received our beverages and placed our food order. It didn’t take long at all to receive our food, which was impressive. At first glance, our portions weren’t big, they were rather small for the price. We tried our food. The beans had a weird taste, the seafood fiesta had imitation seafood ( which wasn’t good at all) and the white cheese on top was a cheap knockoff of better white Mexican cheese, and our rice was “ok”. The steak tacos were dry. Our server was good, but after giving us our initial bill with an amount on it, she decided to tack on a DrPepper that we didn’t even order or receive which added another $3.10 to our bill. We didn’t complain about the food because it wouldn’t do any good considering that it is clearly the type of products that they use to prepare their food daily. I just want to let others consumers know of the subpar, disappointing food that they serve. The alcohol, however, was good and satisfying and that’s why I gave 2 stars.
Busy Saturday night but still got a seat pretty quickly. Service was great, fajitas were awesome, prices were good.
Pretty good food. You get A LOT of food with your meal. Almost could have 2 people eat one entree. FREE Chios and salsa is always a plus!
2022 review after being 3 years from this place after they took the seafood burrito away they brought it back but the attitude of the staff is still the same didn't really feel welcome and then they charged an extra dollar for the seafood where down south the other location doesn't charge anything so I will not be doing business with this location and I'll be doing it with the other locations on the count of employees being disrespectful so I will take my business somewhere else it's a shame that three years ago this was a great place I remember getting drunk on my birthday and having a good time with my family but as I walk into the day the atmosphere and everything in there felt like it was there to choke you it did not feel like a welcome they also had it hot in there which is unusual for this place but yeah so I'll be taking my business somewhere else good luck be more respectful

This is the smallest Bandidos I have ever been in. With that being said we had excellent service!!! I had a 32 oz frozen strawberry margarita. Which was absolutely amazing. I also had the chicken and shrimp fajita. It looked and smelled amazing. It tasted amazing as well. My daughter had the shrimp fajita. My husband had the pick 4. All the food was amazing.
I love Banditos its one of my favorite places to go when I'm in Fort Wayne. The food is always good, the staff is always friendly and I feel like the food is always fresh and delicious. I usually will go with the taco salad or the house burrito which are great. Oh and they also make a killer margarita so that's always a bonus.
I came to this location for the first time recently. It will be the only time. I wanted to like it. Instantly I encountered a location that was struggling for an identity. Was it a bar, a restaurant, was it a restaurant that was shoved into where a store was supposed to be. The menu was underwhelming with limited offerings. I felt like this was more about making the restaurant operator-friendly rather than the customer wants. The crowning achievement was asking for drinks before we had a chance to see the menu - of soft drinks prices weren't listed. A bad faith move. Just tell us it's $2.99. Frankly I just get the idea that this is a location that failed with another concept and they are trying to make it work, I don't think it does.
My husband and I love coming here. When you are a regular customer the whole staff takes the time to get to know your name and favorite food! Our regular servers, Jake, Shannon, Clara, Mariah and Cami are always super friendly and take great care of us. We love the chips and salsa, stuffed peppers and chicken Caliente here. But have many other favorites.. The atmosphere is always upbeat and fun! Always great to go to a restaurant where the servers and management take extra special care of their customers and this Bandidos is top notch!
