This was my first time there. Ordered a combo meal with Catfish, Plain breaded wings, fries and slaw. Wings and fries were amazing!! Really some of the best that I've had. I took a chance on the Catfish. It was good. I would have liked it a bit crisper. But that's my preference.The slaw portion was tiny.It's was busy and I waited quite awhile for my order. About 35 minutes. They did cook it all fresh. It was worth the wait.Service was good. They were friendly and helpful. The lemon pepper sprinkle was very good.Nice selection of menu items and deserts.The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because the place needs a good cleaning. Understanding, that it's a greasy environment from all of the fried food.I look forward to going back for some wings.. maybe trying something else! :)
If I could give 0 stars I would. The food is good but the staff has the nastiest attitudes. They are so rude and talk crazy to paying customers. They lack patience and are clearly upset at the world. I paid for a 20 piece Buffalo and Plain wing dinner with fries and the ordered was messed up. They gave double Buffalo and when I went back and asked to correct, the lady at the front desk and the man making the food were so nasty about it. Yelling and complaining because they messed up MY order. So to “teach me a lesson” after I showed her she gave me the wrong thing, she took the box of food, exchanged one side of Buffalo with plain wings and gave it back with only 12 wings. When I originally paid for 20 WINGS. I didn’t see that she only gave me 12 wings until getting home and they were closed by then. So be ware if going here, check the count of your food. Make sure your order is right and be prepared to be served with a nasty attitude as a paying customer. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
Whoever the LADY was that takes the phone orders at this location was VERY rude. I called and attempted to put in a phone order and she gave me attitude for absolutely no reason. I couldn’t even get the whole order out and there was a bunch of background noise. Needless to say I won’t be spending my money at this location or any of its franchises if it conducts business like this.
Lobby closed as we literally were walking up to the door. Drive-through had 2 vehicles ahead of us by the time we got to it. 1st vehicle in line sat at the order kiosk for 25 min. and at the window for another 10 min. We tracked the time due to an engagement that we couldn't be late for. I couldn't back out due to cars behind me. I asked the driver in front of me to pull far enough forward to let us out. She was also frustrated and left after placing her order and we also left and sped to our engagement hungry, barely arriving on time.
Customer service was A S S if I could put negative 5 I would. They charge 12 percent tax?! There was a lady with such a negative attitude.
I got the Philly cheesesteak fries and they were great
Food was not that good. Place was dirty. Ladies room was out of order. Mens room was disgusting. Toilet had no handle to be able to flush No soap to was hands. So make your own decisions on if it's worth the chance.
Super staff, very attentive and nice. Service with a smile ?Food is so good! If you're in the mood for fried food, Baba's is the place to be!
The food was fresh, good, and hot. I gave it a two because I did not like the attitude of the cashier. I go to the restroom to wash my hands the restroom was unpleasant sight. There was no toilet paper I did have to use the restroom but changed my mind when I saw the condition of how it looked and there was no paper towel to dry my hands. So I come out and tell the cashier there is no paper towel to dry my hands she gets some napkins and tosses them on the counter like it's my fault there is no paper towel in the bathroom. So yeah I will pass on coming back. My first and last time.
Food was fantastic. There was a little bit of a wait, but definitely well worth it. Best place that was open late, will definitely return!
