Great food, good service. If you come in a group, definitely order the steamed fish. It's a mouthwatering piece of food. The tom yum soup and the meat salad was delish as well. Depends on what you order, it may take some wait-time. The restaurant is quite new so don't judge the book by its cover.

Superb. Simply superb. And quite cheap too. Their samosas, fa-lu-da, mot-hin-gar (did I pronounce that right?) and pratas are must-haves.

Food are good and services are amazing, just need little bit more clean glasses and floor
The best thing about the hotel is the staff: friendly and helpful (management included). The rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice grounds / garden / swimming pool, but the two apparently resident dogs might disturb some. The hotel is on the outskirts of this sprawling capital city, where transport is a challenge, and getting around can be difficult.
Spent a week at the Aye Chan Thar while on a surgical mission trip. Good dining room, basic amenities, good AC. Not deluxe, but not bad either. The bathroom amenities could have been better, as well as the bath towels. VERY quiet at night due to the fact that we were the only hotel guests.
