Wonderful visit! Zach, our server, really made the experience. He was attentive, guided us through the menu, and made great suggestions. The food was delicious as well, and very fairily priced with the portions you receive. We were told the pastas and everything on the menu is prepared fresh daily, and you could taste the difference! We will certainly be coming back for more!

Worst restaurant experience I have ever had in Fort Wayne. Service was terrible. It seem that nobody was able to help us when we were trying to find a table or order. When we finally did get a table the brunch buffet it was awful. You expect a lot more than a scrambled egg and bacon buffet when you pay 35 dollars per person. Definitely never coming back! Now I understand the poor reviews this restaurant get.

HORRIBLE experience!!!!!!!!!! Poor service right from the start. We should’ve walked out. Ordered drinks and waited 15 minutes. After reading the other reviews posted here I can see there’s a trend in the customer service. We frequently dine out at all levels of restaurants and I can say that this was by far one of the worst experiences we have ever had. Sadly we had high expectations.

Great new restaurant! You could go just to enjoy the decor, but go for the food too! I had house made pasta, and it was so good. My husband had a steak, and he really liked it. This would be a nice place to have breakfast on the weekend. We will be back. I highly recommend.

Beautiful and cozy! Great menu and delicious food!!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but felt like I needed to for Arbor. It’s a nicely decorated cafe and a wonderful menu, yet the service ruined my experience. Multiple tables came in and ordered after my table that received their food before us. Most of us worked in food service before and understand that mistakes happen, yet after 45 minutes of waiting I went up to the front and politely asked if they could check up on our food. Once the food came out the wait staff and manager seemed irritated and treated us like an inconvenience. We got no apology, explanation, or accommodations. Most likely will not be back.

A very nice and affordable place, but lacked the service to go with it. We went for brunch and did not have a good experience. We had four other tables who came in anywhere from 10-30 mins after us receive their food first. Our waitress also disappeared for about 45 minutes. It was very obvious that they forgot about our order. They also didn’t do anything to correct the experience for us. Will probably not go back.

The service was excellent. The food was impeccable, tasted great and very well cooked and presented. Nice, more quiet atmosphere. Decent prices. Highly recommend.
