Our bartender, Anna, was outstanding. Just enough social but not overbearing. Was always readily available as we needed things. We are moving to the area and she was happy to engage with us. Food was quick and on point for Applebee's. The bar area was clean as were the restrooms. Exactly what we were hoping for and better.
The staff was pleasant. The food was good. The atmosphere was good. The room was freezing cold, and I like air conditioning. Prices reasonable. Plenty of parking. They attempted to accommodate a woman wheelchair bound by exchanging tables with a willing patron. They should have accommodations in place besides one table.
As a person that works in the restaurant business, I know how stressful it can be to get so many tables at once. But not once did our server give us any signs of stress. He was cheerful and funny and made us all laugh. He was on top of things and made sure we were satisfied. Thank you Dominic for giving us a good time.
Love their Oriental salad with their fried chicken pieces which I had as part of their 2 for $25 meal that we got their tasty Spinach dip appetizer included..Husband got the chicken breast topped with shrimp for $2.50 more. Great seasonings. Great service for pick up.
We wanted a snack around 9 pm. So we had 1/2 price appetizers. We had the boneless chicken wings with spicy Asian sauce and warm pretzels with mustard sauce and beer cheese dip. Everything tasted great. The mustard was kind of sweet but ok.
Our waitress was attentive to our needs as she offered great suggestions to accommodate our time sensitive visit. I would also like to note this is one of my favorite places to enjoy my complimentary steak dinner on Veterans Day.
We had a large group and they were able to serve us quickly. The food was okay or what I'd expect from Applebees. Server was nice and helpful.
Had been a few months since we had been here but a young man server remembered us and laughed and waved Hello! Always enjoy dinner here after shopping!
Food and drinks were great! Wait staff friendly and courteous, yet professional!
They hired someone that didn't know what the cook of steaks were. We asked for our steaks to have a little pink in them and they were well done. We didn't get our appetizer until they brought out our meal. Needless to say we did not stay there and eat. Worse experience ever.
