I can understand forgetting one thing maybe... But I just received my order and half of it was missing. Some dishes only came with the entree, some were missing sides, and parts were just not included at all. I've worked in the restaurant business. I know it can be hectic but this is just overboard to me.
Waitress was wonderful, however the wait for our food was ridiculous; when we finally received our order, half of our food was cold and was over charged. Manager was called out twice. Never heard an apology and took forever to get the problem solved. Was visiting from out of state for a graduation.
We had the yummy spinach dip with chips, and I had the 6 oz. Sirloin with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. All delicious. Our waitress was friendly, helpful and efficient.
Played my favorite game with Ken the bartender. Make me your specialty drink...He brought me an amazing Shyt*terr!!! Amazing!!! Had the bourbon steak with grilled shrimp added...best meal I have had in years here! Thanks Ken and the rest of the staff here for a great time today!!!
On this visit our server was great. I had one of the new bowls. I asked to exchange the cilantro rice for Mexican rice (cilantro hater here) and that was no problem. I was amused but disheartened to find they put a, sort of, cilantro pesto on top. Oh well. My husband had an Alfredo one and it was so good.
Very good. Went there for my birthday. I got a free dessert. Food was good. Service was a little slow. Went on a Friday early in the afternoon. We sat at the table for a good 15 minutes before our server came over. She claims she didn't see us but she was friendly And thanks for well after that she did do a good job. The 15 minutes wait is why i didn't rate 5 stars.
Our waiter never checked on us after getting our order and hardly listened to anything we said, my order was wrong but I didn't fuss. i've been here a lot and have had great waiters/waitresses in the past but I don't think i'll be coming back after tonight. My husband and I are usually ones who always tip well, stack our plates, and not give workers a hard time. But our waiter never checked on us and we ended up being at the restaurant 2 hours longer than anticipated and it was NOT busy. We had even asked him for our check after he asked if we wanted refills on our drinks and he just ignored us (didn't even bring the refill he assumed we wanted, so what was the point?) my husband had to get up and look for someone to give us a check. We don't mind waiting on food, or waiting in general so long as someone checks in on us or updates us. If its a staffing issue, it needs to be said so we can anticipate what we're getting into. We had plans afterwards that we ended up needing to cancel. I've never had to be at a restaurant for over an hour...
The food was great! I ordered the Chicken/Broccoli Alfredo, and my niece the sirloin steak on the 2 for $28 menu. The only downside to this restaurant is they only serve water that I cannot drink, so that means no coffee or tea or ice in any of my drinks. I'm an iced tea drinker. I had to drink soda, which I don't normally drink!
I love happy hours and can't fault the excellent staff but some of my favorites have been removed but the waffle fries are a good addition. I also had the bineless wings, a $3 shot, and a 25 oz PBR draft for $4.
I have ate here so many times but after my experience tonight I will never go back! Our order wasn’t put in. Our server didn’t check on us once. A different server had to get us refills. Our appetizers took an hour to come out (which were salads) We waited so long we had to finally say something even then we waited another 30 minutes and then asked for it to go all for them to bring a HARD cold steaks covered in sour cream! Finally just told them we didn’t even want the food all for them to still charge us! The entire situation made us late to our movie! On top of all this it’s Valentines Day! We will NEVER come back here again!
